I ordered a steak & cheese sandwich and she toasted me a bacon sandwich. I politely told her that its not what I ordered. Instead of making a new sandwich she just added some steak into that sandwich. And then she charged me $ 10 because I had bacon add on… I again politely told her that it’s not what I ordered but she insisted it’s what she already made with extra ingredients so I have to pay for it. Everyone in the store were looking at me… I didn’t want to make a scene so I paid and left. That sandwich, was terrible.

This must be the WORST subway location in all of Northern California, went there 8÷04÷14 and a few weeks prior, thinking that maybe this time it will be better, well not to my suprise, the employees are TERRIBLE and they all have bad attitudes. I promised myself to NEVER go to this location again. They just throw your sandwich together as if you are some slum or begger and throw it to you as if you are the dog that is left outside. I choose not to spend my hard earned federal salary in this place. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN… NEVER AND ADVISE ALL TO NOT STOP AT THIS LOCATION… KEEP GOING.

I was in this Subway waiting to be waited on. I’m the next customer in line. It was not crowded. A customer the two ladies working there seem to know came in. They started waiting on her and then hesitantly asked me for help. When I am the next customer I expect to be waited on next. I said that’s okay and walked out. I don’t spend my hard earn money just any where!!! No customer serve skill and maybe prejudice! #customerservice101

I always try to convince my lunch buddy to go elsewhere when this particular Subway is on the choice list.
I do not like coming here because I always feel like the management is cheap. Not only do they skimp on the sandwich cheese and meat, but the bathroom doesn’t even have a mirror and often seems unclean! :(

Wanted to buy two sandwiches-​buy one, get one free but, the free deal doesn’t start till 9 AM! I am terribly disappointed!
