We got a great price on this room via , and I loved how it was an extended stay type suite, with a kitchenette, nice space, and quiet room. Only dealt with 2 people(check-in & check-out), who were fine, nothing special. Good stay!

I have been to this lobby twice, and I have yet to see a room. No thank you! The customer service is horrible the ladies at the front desk are simply not interested in checking anyone in. I had a reservation for Friday which they some how could not find, whatever I am glad that I was able to leave. I am done with this property and I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.

I generally dont write any online reviews, but this particular two week stay at homestead in el segundo forced me to write this review. This place is big NONONO. Most fucking thing is, there is no internet in this hotel. They claim they have wireless internet, but my mobile 3G is way faster than the internet. Now imagine, how can you live without internet this in fast paced world, where you need it at every step. I had two bed room. Both beds were so pathetic, that even if you change the side, it would make a noise like plane is taking off. My 8 month old baby had very bad time at this hotel. He used to wake up everytime, we go to bed. I had to literally sleep on the floor to avoid the noise. I am checking out tomorrow and feeling relaxed. I had to spend two week here, because i didnt have any other choice and my company had booked this stay for me. Do not stay here. Even if they dont take any money from you. because they dont have internet.

This place is certainly not the Ritz, but we survived. When we got there to check in, we were told that one of the rooms wasn’t ready yet, but would be shortly(we had 2 rooms in our party, and this was at about 3:30pm, so they should have been ready, in my book at least). The rooms were decently equipped and everything was clean on the surface, but when I entered my room, it was clear what was going on the night before. The thing reeked of pot. Someone obviously had themselves a good time not long before we arrived. On the plus side, there’s a grocery store and Starbucks right next door, and it’s a short walk to the Metro station to get around. Like I said: not the Ritz. I’ve definitely had better, but this wasn’t hell with a room key by any means.

We booked a double queen/queen non-smoking room through . When we arrived we were told that they were sold out of Q/Q rooms and we were«upgraded» to a Superior Room with a King/pull out double sofabed with no sheets. There is no housekeeping at this hotel, so bedding was unavailable. Obviously, this was not acceptable. Shawn, the only person on staff, was helpful and offered us two Superior rooms so we’d at least have a place to sleep, but this was less than optimal. I only wanted to get what I paid for — a single room with two queen beds. Shawn said that unless you book directly through the hotel, your room type is only a «request». I disagree, but since we were only in the hotel for two nights and only to sleep, it wasn’t worth making a big stink to him or . If I had paid more, I would have. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Bring your own shampoo and toiletries. Know that they only do «housekeeping» once a week. $ 5 per day extra if you want it.

HORRIBLEHORRIBLEROOM!!! Got this deal thru . It said that this would be a 2 star hotel, it was more like 1 star. Our first room was a non-smoking room but it smelled heavily like smoke-so much so, that the next morning, I saw a maid and asked her to spray something in the air to try to mask the smell. We were traveling with our infant son so this was def. not acceptable. I called the next morning and asked to be switched. A lady at the front desk said they were actually overbooked and she would call me at 3pm to let me know. 4pm rolls by and no call. I call and spoke with Joe/Joel and he said there were still no rooms so I asked if they could give me some sort of credit being that I asked for a non smoking room and got one that smelled heavily like smoke. He said he would check with his manager, Seth but Seth was out running errands and would get back to me in an hour. Within an hour, Joe/Joel did get back to me and said there was a cancellation so they did have a room for us. More negatives— cheap and scratchy sheets on a full size bed that I had to share with an infant and my hubby who is 6’3. Everytime I called the front desk– no answer ever and if you walk into the lobby, there is never anyone manning that desk. They seemed to be hanging out back. I would never stay here again!!!
