It’s a domino’s like all other domino’s… however, this was the first time i’ve been charged for peppers/parmesan… what a joke.

I’ve been ordering online from this Dominos and the service has been great. Friendly staff, and my orders are always right. I put in a really big order recently and they helped me bring it to my car. Very much appreciated. Thank you, Dominos El Segundo.

Pizza was a 3. Classic bait and switch website. Coupon was used– entered– we were redirected to a different page– which does not make it clear that the pizzas on that page are not part of the coupon. In addition the CC was accepted– but when the pizza arrived– oops– it wasn’t, cash only. Last order from domino’s.

When you think of a large pizza franchise like Dominos, you typically don’t need to check the reviews for it. I mean, once you’ve been to one, you’ve been to all. Well, not necessarily. This one SUCKS. I hope people start checking these types of Unilocal because I’ve never had this type of experience from a pizza joint. So I’m buying my pizza and I ask for parmesan packets. The guy who did his best to delay getting to me tells me, we charge for that. Thinking that maybe he was fucking with me, I asked him how much. He replied, 99 cents. Surprised, I asked him, how much do you get for 99 cents? It was at this point he looks up and then comes up with an arbitrary number like 3. BRUH. If I had just come out of watching Straight Out of Compton, I would’ve caught a case. Like honestly, who charges for parmesan?! And how are you just gonna make up a price right there you conniving fuck? I should’ve bought a few packets and made him give me a receipt. Shit, I just realized he didn’t even give me a receipt for my order! That fucking bastard! After I asked him why they charged for parmesan, he replied like a dick and said, «We just do». Next time, I’m gonna bring a basket of parmesan and give it away for free outside, cutting into his little parmesan business. Maybe I’ll be the parmesan king of El Segundo and he’ll have to move or better yet, kill himself from the depression of not being able to support his family.

It’s hit or miss with this place — both with the drivers and the food. First, the drivers. Circa, Sandra, and Dermot are great; I’ve had issues, however, with others pulling up to the street and insisting that I come outside and into the driveway to retrieve my order. TF? The food; again, hit or miss. Some days it’s edible, other days it’s sloppily made and/or not what I ordered. I only order from here because it’s close to my home. If you don’t mind driving, I’d say hop in the car and go to Pizza Rev on Sepulveda(between Mariposa and Grand, next to Five Guys). Some days, when I’m being lazy, I order here. You get what you pay for I guess.

I used the Dominos app to order a pizza as I have many times before. I selected meat for half of the pizza and when it arrived the entire thing was covered in delicious pepperoni and bacon. Good for me, not for my wife. I called the store and the manager said that the order they received stated that I wanted pepperoni and bacon on the entire pizza(my receipt also reflected this). I told him that I did not make that selection when using the app and he said they would make a new pizza and send it out right away. Awesome customer service! It more than makes up for the times when the dipping sauce was missing(including this order).

Love this location and the staff — excellent customer service. Even if there is a minor mistake on the order, they will immediately fix it. Order online this is a very busy location. The food is better than many other pizza places and they do not use greasy cheap cheese.

The CUSTOMERSERVICEISTERRIBLE!!! I placed a pick-up order over the phone and was greeted with terrible service. It felt like I was being rushed off the phone. The first man that I had talked to, hung up on me before I could even offer to pay by card. I then called back and the second gentleman had no patience with me when I chose to pre-pay for my order so that my other-half could pick it up. I was questioned and was asked, «why can’t you just pay for it when you get here?» Didn’t really see what the big deal was, we just didn’t have the cash on hand. Just take my money in exchange for your goods… But now the second guy hastily took down my card info, and said it was processed, and IMMEDIATELY hung up on me. Customer service goes a LONG way with me, and even if the product isn’t that great, I would always give a place a second consideration if they had great customer service. Would strongly encourage just having them deliver. Heaven forbid you choose to pay for your meal before picking it up.

Gets the job done. Not my preference for what I call good pizza, but gets the job done when in a rush and on the go and hungry be it at work, at home, something quick for a party or for kids, etc. Ordered a Brooklyn style, cheese and pepperoni pizza. Greasy, not enough cheese and lots of pepperoni lol. Everyone has their preference though, so next time would lay off the pepperoni as that is likely why there is so much grease, would ask for more sauce and cheese and call it a day! In general, met my needs which were hunger at 3pm at work and no time.

My boyfriend and I just ordered one pizza and one 2-liter soda online. An hour later, we call to check on the status. The guy who picked up said that the apartment number wasn’t on the order and that they tried calling us 3 times. After explaining that we see online that the apartment number WAS clearly listed and we had the phone on us and it never rang and the call record shows they never called, the guy took on a rude tone and kept insisting over and over again that we didn’t list our apartment number and someone did call us three times. No «I’m sorry,» no offer to help in any way, nothing. Just argued until we finally hung up on him. And now it’s almost 10pm on a Sunday with little to no take out or delivery options in El Segundo. Thanks for ruining our night.

This dominos is the best I’ve been to. The employees here are actually great people who do exception work! Almost every time I’ve ordered a pizza, it comes out fresh and delicious. The one time they got my order wrong, I notified them, and they delivered a fresh new order within mins of receiving my complaint. Now that’s customer service! Great pizza, great staff. It’s the perfect combo!

I’ve never had a problem with the pizza here, although I don’t eat pizza often. Good prices, cheaper than other pizza places nearby. The El Segundo Domino’s is a lot better than the one in Westchester. Although, they are usually always out of red peppers or parmesan cheese. Ordering online is easy, and they always have your pizza ready at the time you choose to pick it up at.

For some strange reason both my friend and I had a craving for Pizza at the same exact time so we were deciding between our favorite sit down spot ‘Beach Pizza’ in Manhattan Beach and our take-out spot ‘Domino’s Pizza’ in El Segundo. We decided to go with take-out. We have tried several other Domino’s locations and this one is far superior to others in the area. I called ahead and asked what special they were currently having and was told they had a 2 medium, 2 topping Pizza’s for $ 5.99 each. I ordered one with double pepperoni and the other with pepperoni and mushroom. I ordered both pizzas ‘light’ sauce and both pizza’s extremely ‘well done,’ I actually told the employee to burn the pizzas. The employee verified what I had just said ‘burnt,’ yes ‘burnt.’ If you haven’t tried burnt pizza before you need to give it a shot because for some reason it just brings out the flavor. As a South African we like a majority of our food burnt, well at least I do. I arrived and immediately asked to take a look at the pizzas that were already ready. I asked could you cook these some more and they did. The pizzas came out absolutely perfect the second time around. When I arrived home the pizzas were still steaming hot and tasted oh so yummy. Since Domino’s switched up their recipe a little bit the quality of food has actually really improved. I do wish they would offer some form of wheat dough as a substitute because the left over pizza from last night was given away this morning because I can only justify a few slices and I could never justify eating white bread two days in a row. This location is located in a small shopping center directly across the street from Rite-Aid. Parking at times is a little hard to come by but street parking which is still located within eye shot of the front doors to Domino’s is always available. This location will continue to be our go to spot once or twice a year for take-out.

You would be better off spending your money somewhere else. Iv been ordering pizza from Domino’s for about a year now and every single time I get horrible service along with an expensive and untasteful pizza. One time they swiped my card to many times and shut it down. The other they gave a demented looking pizza and said they would bring me a new one and never did. Do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else.

Everywhere I turn I see articles, Facebook posts and commercials about Domino’s newly revamped recipe so I gave into my primal urges and ordered a pizza online. Online Ordering: Domino’s has changed a thing or 2 since I last logged on to order a pizza, they have a slick interface with sweet graphics as you custom build your pizza with options such as adding toppings on whole pie, or just the left or right side, cool huh? What’s even cooler about the ordering process is that once everything is said and done there’s a nifty little progress bar to track your pizza progress(check out the pic attached). The results: For me, grading a pizza is comprised of: The crust, the cheese the sauce and the toppings and I must say I was quite pleased with what I saw when I opened my box. The pizza looked rather full figured(sorta like that chick from Titanic — Kate Winslet, she’s not too skinny but not fat either) the toppings look proportioned, the cheese was oozing off the side but not too much and the crust looked puffy and toasty and hella greasy(which I like). So after admiring it I grab a slice of my mushroom, green pepper, jalapeño, x-tra large pepperoni, Italian sausage, steak, black olive, x-tra cheese pizza and devour it. The toppings are rather good(for Domino’s) butt the crust wasn’t crispy as I wanted and although I am a fan of all things greasy and buttery, the crust(and pizza as a whole) was a tad bit too much even for my cave-man’ish taste buds. But — overall I like it!
