This was an interesting location to say the least! I will not be returning here! My table consistently was fighting fruit flys for the whole meal and it was really not the best service. I had to wait until my meal arrived to even get a drink and then the server did not bring all the correct utensils. Recommend not going to this location

Add on lobster tail good the mussels salty . As usual the labor pool too intrigued by their own dilemmas to care

This is one of those places that you fill up on the biscuits before the meal arrives because they are that good! The seafood at Red Lobster has never been great and each dish is about 2000 calories, seriously, look it up.

First visit to this location. I had issues with deciding what to order. I really wanted lobster but by the time the waitress showed up everyone else had their orders ready so I ordered a dish from the 4 for whatever the amount was… Tilapia, rice pilaf, garden salad and Carmel cheesecake. The tilapia was tasteless. The cheesecake was tasty and the service was mediocre.

The food quality was terrible. I ordered the King Crab and the portion size as maybe 5 random parts thrown in a steamer and somehow it was still dried out, crab sticking to the shell. After complaining the correction was better but it threw off the timing and ruined the meal. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Pretty good stuff, but I’ve had better subs in this dusty ol town. But it was decent, clean and priced fairly. I didn’t care for the roast beef and cheddar. I took a bite of my wife’s cause it’s her fave. My hook and ladder was good but had too much shredded ice berg and I didn’t get the pickle that was supposed to be included. Next time we’ll eat it there so I can sample some of the vast collection of hot sauces. Fountains of Farah is a little difficult to navigate but I think it’s worth a trip.

Wish I can give it zero stars. As a seafood lover, this place is a total sham! Poor quality of food, slathered in butter. Yuck. Service was slow, and there were only 6 tables of guests in the entire restaurant. Only thing that was good was the biscuits, salad and soup.

I am very pleased with their new dish Lobster Scampi Linguini. If you love garlic, then YES! The service was fast. Usually I hate Red Lobster, but this location has friendly staff, quick service, and good food. Took my kids for good report cards, and our waiter was very pleasant with them and very attentive.

Came into this Red Lobster on Valentines Day. Obviously we expected a wait due to the day, we were told it would be a 45 minute wait. We had no problem waiting but when our remote went off, it turns out we only waited 15 minutes… Score! Our waitress was nice, unfortunately I do not remember her name but she was very attentive considering the whole restaurant was full. The bathrooms were kept nice and clean which is great to know. We ordered 2 appetizers for a low price of $ 8.99 which is a really good deal, and you get a decent amount. We both orderd the Ultimate Lobster Feast. It is a lot of food at a cheap price for lobster. I will definitely be going back to Red Lobster soon.

I was pleasantly surprised at our most recent visit to RL. I took my mom there for her birthday and the staff ensured we enjoyed our dining experience. Our food was served promptly and everything tasted great. We ordered the four course feast: my mom got the Jumbo Coconut and Spicy Pineapple Grilled Shrimp and I got the Scallops Alfredo. Both dished included salad, soup and dessert, all for under $ 40. The servers sang happy birthday to my mom before we finished our dinner, and everything was just nice overall. We never had to wait for a refill, so congratulations to the staff for providing outstanding service. Will very likely return!

Went to the Cielo Vista Mall location for CrabFest after a long hot boring day… We were seated right away and our server(Joselyn) took our drink orders right away and went over the menu like a pro. By the time we placed our orders and the food came she had to refresh our drinks twice — and did immediately without needing any prompting. Before we finished our soup and salad, the plates were coming out and looked amazing. She ordered the(not Alaskan) King Crab Legs(and YES, it does make a difference). The Crab Lover’s Trio for me.((Pictures posted)). I felt like everything on my plate was WAY over-salted — the wood-fired grilled shrimp, the crab, tomato sauce, the crab scampi, the red potatoes all tasted like a salt lick. That said the food was all still so good I licked my plate clean. Her crab legs came with 2 sides — she chose corn on the cob and a baked potato. The sides were not touched since 1.5 pounds of crab is a lot. The meat was sweet and and succulent and so so good. The whole time we’re stuffing crab in our faces like crazed shipwreck survivors, Joselyn is there refilling drinks and removing plates and saucers without a hitch. The food was above average — and better than we remember at Red Lobster. The portions were HUGE and the entire restaurant was very very clean. All in all a superior experience. Bottom line for Crab Lovers: Skip the fancy plates and just get the King Crab legs, that’s why you came in anyway.

Alright. This is a really nice restaurant — it’s beautiful inside and it’s massive. The service was alright, but nothing to write home about. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the food — I ordered a salad, and when it came out, half the leaves had been frozen. It was clearly pre-made and put too far back in the fridge. And the waiter didn’t bring any dressing. Also, the salmon we ordered was missing the pineapple salsa that was described in the menu. Frustrating that both meals didn’t deliver on some part.

We had the best restaurant experience last night. Our server’s name was Eric. He was a kind, respectful, attentive, young man. My husband, who drinks many drinks during every meal, never had to wait or ask for a refill. Eric was always there to make sure it never went empty. We both had the promotional dinners that are 4 courses for $ 15. Now that is a deal! It was soup, salad, the regular sized entrée, and dessert. The amount of food was so much we both brought to-go containers home. The food came out timely. It all was prepared to our liking. Eric was there for anything we wanted. When we boxed our to-go items, Eric brought us out extra bread and instead of just giving us a small container to scoop out our own dipping sauce into, he brought out multiple prefilled sauces for us to take. He just was the perfect server. We even enjoyed our time so much we asked to speak to the manager, Marco. We let him know too how good of a server Eric is. Our experience was just great and I encourage anyone to go to this location and ask for Eric. You won’t be disappointed.(And I“m not Eric’s mom or a family friend, I just am a person who is really impressed with the pride he takes in his job)
