Perfect time to come after the lunch crowd. Very quiet and excellent service! We decided to celebrate the Chinese New Year by coming here — most authentic in El Paso, right? ;) We started with the edamame small plate and the new Monkey Mules. For the main courses, we had the combo fried rice, lemongrass chicken, and the new butternut squash dumplings. Best thing: Lemongrass Chicken. Probably the best salad you can have in the city. Super fresh, looked amazing, a ton of food and she gives it 5 stars. Close second: the Monkey Mules. A really well done drink with super fresh ginger beer. We both rate this high — she says 5, I say 4+. The worse thing: Butter Nut Squash Dumplings. First off know this is a small plate, perfect for us but it isn’t noted on the menu. It was good but the says was definitely heavy for the dish. So just 3 of 5 for this dish. Overall the service and food are great and we had a perfect Year of the Monkey lunch.

Can never go wrong with dim sum and some spicy garlic green beans. If you have kids, the kid rice will feed them for days… :) good ambiance, excellent service and nice location on the west side.

Pretty cool atmosphere, great service this evening. Food was brought out with good timing. Lobster roll was decent, and as always the shareable portions of our Changs Spicy Chicken, sweet and sour chicken, beef Sichuan were delicious!!! Thank you to the managers Willie and Carlos for your table visits and welcoming demeanor! We will return to dine again!

Good food and great service at this location! You have to try the strawberry cucumber drink, it’s soooo good, especially with the spicier options.

We’ve been a few times now and it had always great food and service. The one time our food was slow the manager comped our meal without us even complaining. She was extremely proactive and we will continue to eat here.

Yeah its a chain, but when running around it the Sunland Park area when the Greenery is crazy full, this place at least offers you options of food and the chance to be healthy. if you really do want to be. The food is nothing spectacular, but it is as a rule well prepped and more than edible. I particularly have always liked the fact that even when you order dishes steamed, they are still reasonably flavorful and well cooked. On a very recent trip waiter goofed up the order, was apologetic and put the correct order in(he put in chicken instead of shrimp) but one would expect that order to be expedited… but no. It was almost like we had walked in and ordered at that moment rather than 20 minutes ago. Ordered the chocolate wonton which sounds great and of course the pictures on Unilocal make one think about the crispy shell, gooey chocolate complemented by fresh raspberries. Yah, no. The wontons were undercooked, soggy, no raspberries and complaining to the waiter meant nothing. That tells me that the franchise owner obviously does not give a hoot about any issues. They get 3 stars because even though we had a ridiculous experience the last time, they generally are a-ok.

From time to time in life something no matter how big, or small had the ability to bring you back to your past. A happy memory you endured. P.F. Chang’s did that my first visit when I ordered their Korean BBQ. Never having been here, initially I was hesitant on what to get, considering their menu is painfully large. In most cases a large menu, is a compromise for poor quality. Which thankfully was not the case. I ended up ordering the Korean BBQ with low expectations considering I once had lived abroad for two years in that country. Surprisingly their dish brought a smile to me. Spicy BBQ sauce is what coated the chicken. Also sharing the dish were green beans and carrots, maybe another veggie but overall topped with a pickled Kimchi which hit the spot. You get the spice from the chicken and sauce, a crunch from the veggies and and the bitterness to even out the spice from the pickled kimchi. Customer service was outstanding, my waiter once I ordered my beer asked if I had ever tried this kind before. Which I had not, he gave me a quick origin on it and told me I would not be displeased. Which he was correct. Took the time to make sure it was the right choice for me, took interest in his customer which made the experience better than i would have imagined. Will be back again soon P. F Chang’s!

Three stars: Food: It’s ok. Not Chinese. American Chinese, yes! Typical chain restaurant food. I used to love this place in Boston and LA. Not sure why I don’t care for it much. Service: Good, typically get good service. We didn’t eat half of the crab ragoons that we ordered. Wish the waiter would have seen that. First clue that we probably aren’t too happy. Management: Just a little note. You are wearing a suit. It would have been nice to be acknowledged. I mean, we are the customer. Management walked around several times, didn’t smile, didn’t say hi. Weird. Especially since this is supposed to be one of the finer places to eat in El Paso. Cleanliness: We got in and out pretty quick. Upon leaving my son was using a napkin to clean his nose, except they don’t have napkins, only for the drinks… Ew, but wait, we didn’t even get that today. Gross, he got it from inside the cushions and thought it was ours. Eeeeeeeeek. Overall just three stars. Not sure if it’s just this location or what.

My favorite restaurant never disappoints! The service is always great, the one and only thing I would change would be the drinks, I wish they had better options. I always order the dinner for two, with the Spicy Chicken and Mongolian beef. The chicken isn’t spicy at all, it reminds me of the Pei Wei Spicy entrée, which I love, it’s almost a tad bit sweet. The Mongolian beef is also a little bit sweet and it comes with green onions. What I order besides that is the fried rice, my goodness! It is so good! Comes with chicken, beef, pork and shrimp, and there’s never a spoonful that contains just rice. The two persons dinner special comes with a dessert which I’ve noticed they change, so if they have the fried bananas with ice cream, try it! I highly recommend!

What the hell has happened here? Prices up and quality down. This used to be my favorite chain in the 915. Glorified Pei Wei is all this place is now. Both proteins in our main dishes were dry and over cooked. To be honest, it seemed like it was cooked hours before and the vegetables were added only to make you think it was fresh and recently prepared. One of our dishes looked so dry that, with out us saying a word, the server brought us more sauce saying, «the chicken looks a little dry.» Really? The server could see this and that’s how it was handled? $ 15 each for an inferior quality Chinese entrée. There are 100 Asian places in El Paso that are doing oriental cuisine SOMUCHBETTER. Lastly, almost $ 10 for a slice of chocolate cake? I don’t mind paying elevated prices but the quality should match. This place has taken a huge dive and the lack of people in the restaurant shows the popularity has vanished. I went to Pei Wei once and swore to never go back, guess what… I won’t be back to PFs either.

I love PF Changs, but this place was horrible. We were excited to see a Changs here when we moved to town, so we drove 45min one way just to eat here. The waitress provided absolutely horrible service, and was also very awkward. She’d walk to our table and stand over us and say nothing… Then after we would order/request something she would still stand there and stare until we basically gave her permission to walk away. We ordered the 2 person 4 coarse meal. First off, it came out in the wrong order. Soup was«OK». Lettuce wraps were delicious, orange chicken tasted alright, BUT nothing like orange! It was very garlic over powering. Sweet and sour pork was disgusting. Lastly we complained about the pork, and they comped us for the $ 13 plate. However, upon receiving the receipt I noticed they added $ 5 extra to our bill! I got very upset here and argued. They lied to me and told me that was the price, so I grabbed a menu and pointed out that they were lying. The next excuse was«well that price is because of tax»… So again, I pointed to the bottom of the receipt and showed them where tax is added to the total. I asked for a manager and he came over and straight up told me that to comp the meal, they had to «itemize» the order and increase the prices. It’s only $ 5, but that still is very far from acceptable. They never fixed my bill, even after the 10 minute argument. All they offered was a gift card to cover the difference that I could use on my next visit. I told them that there will not be another visit. Again, we love PF Changs, but will NEVER be back to this location.

I almost always get the garlic noodles and doctor them up with the sauce left over from the spicy green beans but tonight I asked if they could make my garlic noodles spicy and they sure did it was one the best meals I’ve had in a while so simple yet so full of flavor

Food and menu options are great. Not bad for a chain restaurant. Service is extremely slow on Friday’s. Wait in between plates does limit it to 4 stars. Wait staff is very good and friendly which does make the wait a bit more bearable.

Watched a hostess pick her nose, touch a computer, and the front door handles and then start rolling silverware for people to use to eat… might have to learn how to use chop sticks this trip

Asian food for people who don’t like Asian food. I got the fried rice, it was OK. Husband ordered the Korean beef BBQ, which he said tasted just like if he’d gotten it at Pei Wei — not like actual Korean BBQ. The service was very good. Friendly and quick. Wonton soup and salmon roll were decent. We haven’t found a great Chinese place in El Paso yet(and really don’t expect to) but for other kinds of Asian food we are all set. There are good places in this city to get Sushi, fried rice and pad Thai. All are smaller and cheaper. I’ll stick to phở tre bien next time I want Asian food.

The last time I ate here the service was incredibly slow. The food is hit or miss. Basically, if they are busy, service will be slow and food will be average. If they aren’t busy, food and service are amazing. Recently prices have jumped 2 – 3 dollars per entrée. Portion sizes have seemed to go down. Oh well. For the most part employees are friendly, and the take out counter is well organized.

Food is great but service this day was slow and waitress not so attentive. If you eat here ask for Julius. He was not working today but the last time I came he serviced us and was great. Very attentive and energetic. All of the food here we’ve tried so far is delicious. If during lunch hours take advantagd of the lunch menu, it comes with a soup. Enjoy! Only bad thing is glasses look dirty :(Not Good!

OK, glorified pei wei, I see what you did here. Put some cozy boots with upholstery, military beacon style ceiling and Jack up the prices 50% from pei wei. Other than that, no big difference from your sister company in food taste. Nevertheless, the shrimp with lobster sauce was very good and strongly recommended. The sauce is light and not heavy as traditional Asian sauce. The shrimp count in the dish is generous. Overall, well balanced dish. Service is a top notch with servers imitating Cristiano Ronaldo style… after all this is El Paso, TX. The atmosphere is relaxing with good crowd, no running and screaming kids with the«la familia», like in golden coral for example/
