Service is good but there is a language barrier. They mess up my order. I got the jigae noodle instead of soft tofu. Oh well. The place is a hole in the wall no décor to speak of but authentic as a mom and pop place. The best thing is the bimbamp. The rice was cripy and fluffy. The only bad thing is they didn’t serve the fern kimchi on on it as it suppose to. It is el paso afterall. Jigae noodle was good not too salty and the vegetables are appropriately carlmilized and not raw like many jigae. The kibimpap also known as korean sushi roll is good but the rice is a but too dry for my taste and little too much rice to filling proportion. Probably my least favorite. If I come back I want to try the grilled belt fish and the tofu stew. I have not seen anyone serve belt fish so that would be a good choice. Overall a 3 for service and 4 for food and 3 for price. So a total of 3.

Food was very good. We went there late in evening. Nice service. I was kind of turned off that it was pretty of expensive. 70 bucks for 5 ppl. My 2yr and 3 yr old niece were charged full price for drinks. I would rather eat @ Han Il.

This place looks kind of shady, especially at night, but once inside I noticed that it was just a hole in the wall — kind of place. The food was so-so — the service was ok. Im still trying to find a Korean Restaurant in El Paso that«WOW“s me… I think I will continue to look.

Went yesterday for lunch i should have tried the korean food but i tried the combination fried rice since i have yet to fina a place that has good fried rice it was ok after i added soy sauce. What was very disappointing was they serve you a food portion but only 3 shrimp. If i do fo back will defiantly try the korean dishes and hope i can give it more than 3 stars.

This place was amazing! I’ve never eaten Korean food in my life and it was all so delicious and fresh. You definitely get your money’s worth on the amount of food you get. The waitress was absolutely amazing! She helped me by explaining how to eat the foods a certain way and when my little one started to get antsy and was not letting me eat due to dealing with him she came right over and scooped him up and gave him treats and had him help her clean tables and what not(usually I wouldn’t like that because well… she’s a stranger but she never went out of my view and he had a blast with her. She also explained that in Korean culture they tend to do the«it takes a village to raise a child» type of thing and I agree 100%). She received the biggest tip I’ve ever left in my entire life. I will definitely return here many, many times! Anytime we have relatives in town that will be the first place we go for a dinner out!

Out of trying the other Korean restaurants here in the Northeast, I would say this is the best one! Their food is soo good, much better than Kalbi House and Seoul Restaurant. My hubby even loved it and he can be a picky Korean. Hehe. Their banchan or side dishes tastes fresh. The banchan that were included were Kimchi, spicy Kimchi cabbage, Kimchi cucumber, egg with green onions, cucumbers and onions. Good amount of spiciness in their spicy dishes. We ordered Japchae and Dolsot Bibimbap to go. Japchae was probably the best I had here in El Paso. The noodles were tasty, bit sweet not too sweet and the meat wasn’t overly cooked or dry. The Dolsot Bibimbap was probably one of the best Bibimbap my hubby had. Egg was cooked just right and it’s fresh and hot. If you had a choice to pick between the Dolsot Bibimbap or Bibimbap, pick the Dolsot Bibimbap. The difference is that the Dolsot Bibimbap comes cooked hot and the Bibimbap is cold. They also have Chinese food here but we haven’t tried it out yet. The price is just right for the amount you get. Military discounts are on Thursdays. The price ranges from $ 8-$ 15 per dish. The décor is okay. The tables are covered with plastic. A lot cleaner that some restaurants. Oh and they have free WiFi too! Overall we have had a positive and great experience here so we’ll be back!

I was amazed at the variety, quality and quantity of tasty dishes. We were new to Korean food so the owner was very helpful in making suggestions for our taste, and told us how to add the extra sauces. The assortment of kim chee which is included as an appetizer is worth the visit alone. It was also the best priced dinner of my vacation. We saw the lunch menu and it runs about half that for the same dishes. I’m a new fan of Korean cuisine.

I love eating here. Any food I get is of the best quality. You get a variety of banchan with your meal. Which are the kimchi side dishes. The fried rice meals can feed 2 to 3 people. The sweet and sour dishes are crunchy and have lots of the sauce on it. The atmosphere is easy going. And the waitresses are great. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Since new management has taken over this place is awesome! Food for one is like food for 3. Lots of side choices. Actual Koreans cooking the food and it’s excellent. They even make my favorite dish, jajamyeon! He’ll yea I will be back! It’s spacious now and the staff is friendly. Love the new look inside. Staff does continuous checking to make sure I got everything and if I need anything else.(Even the cook comes to check every now n then). Prompt and very flavorful! Definitely will pass this around. They even have military discounts on Thursdays, 10%!

I never thought Texas could have good Korean food, but randomly I decided to try this place, and let me tell you– this is the best Korean joint in town! From the service to the deliciously prepared bi-bim-bap(rice dish with assorted vegetables and meat mixed perfectly in a bowl), they really know how to keep customers coming back! This restaurant is relatively new, and I was hesitant to try it as it had no reviews when I had first looked for Korean food around the area, but I’m so glad I took a leap of faith and tried it out! I usually never write reviews, but I had to for this restaurant. Now you know where to get some great Korean food!

The owner if this restaurant must have wrote the review!!! I don’t even know where to begin on how much this place SUCKS. First the waitress sells us a line of crap, said that chicken takes a long time to cook, I didn’t ask for a whole bird. While waiting for our order a customer walks in and orders exactly what I did and to my surprise 10 minutes later they have«her» order ready, really! Eventually ended up leaving after like 40 minutes and still no food! Want authentic Korean food go to Kalbi House.
