Chili’s

Hadn’t been here in awhile and was looking for something different than Applebee’s. Had the loaded boneless wings and the $ 20 for 2 deal. Wife had fajitas and I had the bacon burger, with Panko onion rings. Food was good and so was the service. We didn’t even wait to get seated! Nice change! We will be returning!

My family and I usually go to the Chilis on Airway but today we decided to visit the lee trevino location. We were seated pretty quickly which was nice. However, my kids food came about 40 minutes before my husband and I’s food. (That’s a long time when you have kids that have already eaten and are bored and wiggiling around in their seats wanting to leave) Thats because we didnt order anything fancy (bacon burger, mango-​chile chicken). The server was nice but took way too long to refill our drinks. It wasnt the worst experience but it wasnt the best either. I think we’ll just stick to the usual Airway location.

Came with my wife and son waiter was ok on checking up on us had some problem on the food our food was cold not just mines my wife’s 2 worst place to go if your hungry won’t be coming after

Chili’s Baby Back Ribs!!!
Funny thing is i hardly ever get their Ribs when i go there, but the song is one of those things that i doubt will ever leave me. So what is there to say about this place that probably hasn’t been said before? It’s a chain restaurant with a now growing selection of entrees, new burgers and sandwiches, and an ever growing lineup of margaritas.
Their Presidente margarita is by far their best one, the presentation is cute since they bring it out in its own shaker and for a couple bucks more you can take the shaker home with you. As far as entrees their lunch menu has been revamped to feature different types of sandwiches and odly enough their Turkey one seems to be their best addition.
The wait staff here is mostly friendly and on busy nights you will have a wait but honestly what restaurant like this doesnt?
They could fix a few things about the service, such as some of the Hostesses that just don’t seem to know that smiling is part of the job, and as far as their To Go system works, if only they could find a way from keeping their fries from getting all soggy inside their boxes.
A few pointers if you come here, if its at night make sure John is the working manager, he keeps his employees on their feet and has them give out probably the best service I’ve seen off of this Chilis, also try the Enchilada soup with a ramekin of buffalo sauce and A1 as a dip for your chips, it simply delicious.

We had a big party on Sunday March 8^th at chili’s on Lee Trevino in El Paso. We had requested Eric as we have had him before. He was unbelievable !! He took care of everyone in the party (32) by himself… no ones glass ever went empty EVERYONE had correct order and anything else we needed. He was fabulous and for his service we all will be coming to this location a lot more. Everyone commented about how great his service was !!! Thank you for hiring such a great waiter… I can not stress enough how wonderful it was to get such great service. EVERY order was correct and even little things we ordered like sides were on time. PERFECT

With the Oscar (manager) attending customers I see why they were on top of there game
The ribs were great, tasty and plentiful .
The combo skillet was awesome (chicken & beef).
The cheesy fries as a appetizer really hit the spot

It’s not the best Chilis I’ve been too, but generally the staff is great. I’ve never had any issues with the food, except if it’s take out… Make sure you check it before you leave. I typically order a salad here, they are just so good! Mmm

I was there this past Saturday and did not have a good experience. Service was slow and Food was not warm when we got it. On top of this the waiter forgot our appetizer order. He did bring it to us after the fact and did not charge us for it. I usually go to the Airway location because its overall better experience. I was reminded this Saturday why I make the drive to Airway!

I thought I should update the reviews of chilis.
Came in on a Friday night with the husband and received a 20 minute wait, which was fine because we didn’t mind.
After we were sat, the hostess explained the new computer system that are displayed at every table.
This touch screen allows you to order and refill alcoholic drinks. It also allows you to pull up your receipt, and pay your bill.
On top of that, for 0.99 cents, you could play any of the long list of games available for the remainder of your visit.
Our server was courteous and attentively
Our orders were simple, we both ordered the bacon cheeseburger.
As for an appetizer, we ordered the endless chips and salsa which turned out to be delicious.
As we were waiting for our food to arrive, we couldn’t help but notice how fast and attentive the employees were. Once a table finished their dinner and left, they wasted no time cleaning up and setting it for the next group.
The burgers came out quickly and they were delicious.
Once we ate, and felt extremely full, we pulled up our bill to the small computer and paid on the spot.
After our bill was payed, a survey pulled up and we were extremely satisfied on all accounts.
Don’t give up on chilis people!

Nice people and service, like the Ziosk on table. Tried the new southern sour cream enchiladas and their good! My kiddos like the chicken fingers and hamburger sliders. It’s hot outside and it feels good to be inside a cool place. Since it’s Friday I’m having a cold beer to kick off the weekend!

After 45 minutes of waiting for my food at lunch time I have decided to use the «spare» time to draft this review.
Meanwhile at minute 50 I was informed, by sometime else than my server, that my food will be delivered soon.
OK, food comes finally. Guacamole burger without all the fixings it comes with. Listed on the menu but not found on the burger: fire roasted jalapeño pepper, onions, green and red bell pepper?
Now the manager is coming to apologize and assures me that the food will be here soon.
Finally the burger comes OK, but the fries in the dish have been there for an hour and some kitchen genius decided to warn them up instead of replacing them. So, the manager, Nick, sees this and offer replacement without me even asking. it’s obvious ugly picture. He also comps the ticket. I mean «Hello» you are presenting burger dish to a member of the «Cheese & Burger» Society

Three stars because they tried to solve the multiple problems. Food was good tasting but the place is chaos.
Moreover, not reflecting the star rating above, you will see screaming, throwing silver ware around, kicking your seat from behind, kids. Not a pleasant experience, but restaurant can’t do anything about it.
Yes, I will go back. This was my second time. Beer helped me keep calm last time and everything was OK. I don’t live in El Paso, but the location is convenient on highway 10.

Service is always always always slow no matter how busy it is or what day of the week… Ok food.
