Poor customer service. I walked and ordered just the Parmesan garlic breadsticks. The gentleman told me it’ll be ready in 10 – 15 mins. So I sat there in front of them waiting patiently 25 mins passes by I got up asked the guy if he can checkup on my breadsticks. He asked the girls that is making the pizza and the girl that is prepping order to put in the boxes. The girls laughed n joked around not knowing I’m right there waiting for my breadsticks… So the guy’s shift is over and left. Now another 15 mins passed by I asked the girl that was putting orders in the boxes if she has any idea when my breadsticks are done… She gave me a weird look as if she’s going to put germ or dirtied her hands on my order. I was nice in the meantime because ain’t nobody wants spits in their food.
This papa johns needs to hire new staff!!!

Where do I start! It was are first time trying papa John’s and it was a horrible experience. The person that answer the phone let me talk pretty much order my food and then said hold on I’m with a customer really!!? If she was with a customer she should of answer with at least please hold before I start to make my whole order. Second some other person answers now so I order again and once my order was through the guy said that the pizza was going to be done in 15 min to and hour? Lol first of all I don’t believe a pizza takes 15 min to be ready and to be delivered second they took and one hour and 30 min to get to my house and it’s not even far from my house. The pizza wasn’t that hot anymore but never again ordering papa johns pizza. Need better service and faster service.

I’m here waiting on my order to be delivered we are like 8 min away from this location i should of just gone to get it myself I ordered it at 7:36 it is now 8:54 wtf those it really take that long to make a pizza. Hopefully it’s really worth the wait and that this pizza is the most tasting pizza in the fucken world. Ugh pizza hut gets here in 30 what’s up with Papa johns will not order from here again. Pizza arrived at 9:03 it wasn’t hot it was cold warm like it’s been sitting there. It wasn’t worth it. Very disappointed!!! And also they skimped me out on the meats

I tried this newly opened Papa John’s in El Monte and the service was really poor. I think they need a new manager and better training. The food was OK, but service level at the store was just not acceptable.

Just placed and online order for 2 Large 2 Topping Pizzas for $ 6.99 each.
1 Sausage and Bacon
1 Chicken and Pepperoni, but for this one I actually forgot to choose the toppings, so when I placed the order it was a Large Cheese Pizza. After my co worker picked it up and saw that it was only cheese, she called me to verify the order and I made the mistake.
She explained the mistake to the cashier and the cashier was nice about handling that situation, they added the Chicken and Pepperonis for us.
Great tasty Pizza and terrific customer service.
