I completely agree with the people who complain about retaliation. I asked what I thought were legitimate questions and got a big Fu@! You as a response, yes as most of you would guess, my rent was raised!!! That was their response to my questions! Even as I write this review I fear they will retaliate or just completely f**** me over. Since Moller seems to accuse almost all the reviews as fake. I will be posting a pic and depending on the way they respond I may add more(Mr. Theo) I’ve got tons of them! And yes all these requests for repairs have been made in person and in writing. I cannot continously nag management for repairs because that is suppose to be their job!(And may retaliate) My carpet is torn and in the pic I will post, you can just pick it up from the edges to expose everything beneath the carpet. I guess they are just waiting to be sued for any injuries. It’s been about 4 years that I put in my request and yet one of the neighbors that has been here less time got it changed(Fyi.the carpet had been replace in that apt soon before that tenant moved in) and yes I have proof. I will keep the proof quiet until I deem it necessary. Just so you know I will not let you know where the repairs need to be made as I truly believe you guys have it out for me. You can check your records and maybe repair everyone’s complaints, since neighbors talk, we all know things don’t get done right away.

UPDATE04/07/2016 – Very unfortunate for the tenant that has placed multiple calls since December 2014 that every single time it rains leaks happen. Their maintenance crew come by and«mickey mouse» patch the roof. Lack of pest control — I should pile on my receipts. No HOA. Instead of walking in to the property and individually penalizing the disruptive tenants — they mail our letters(ie don’t block the driveway or remove your junk). Why not call attention to the disruptive tenants — come and knock on doors and save trees. Raise the rent every year for the benefit of who? It takes a while to finally get someone to help out with removing a consistent and reoccurring clogs(both restroom and kitchen). 06/03/2015: I do agree with Julio’s review — have been renting from Moller’s Property Mgt for what it is now 3 years. 1. They have raised my rent 15%(twice) within a 3 yr period & they claim not to punish tenants hahaha — yes they do follow CASTATELAWOF30 day notice. 2. They do not immediately come to fix problems in the unit I have called them about 4 times to fix the carpet in living room, it is currently covered in duct tape only to avoid my daughter tripping or hurting herself in the exposed nails and trimming. 3. They have junkies living in the immediate apts — I only point out it has to be favoritism or even some immediate family to Moller employees — for fellow tenant property being vandalized. Thank you for making a not-so-safe experience for families! Cant wait to save the money to move out of here!

Moller Properties has managed my condo complex in Duarte for years. I needed to reach out to them twice regarding the HOA’s responsibilities for repairs. They were very accommodating and made the repair process easy. This was my fourth condo rental purchase, and Moller is the only company of the four who provided personal caring service.

rude rude rude. theres a scrawny lady who thinks her sh** doesnt stink very rude to the local businesses around as well. very rude to the workers and employees. very rude and snobby. she also along with this company took alot of money from a family’s properties. do not waste your time… this lady needs a good punch in her ugly face.
