I wish I could give another star but they were really rude and said hurtful things just because I wanted was a response to my e-​mails which I had to send 100 times just to get a response… to information they had initiated/​sent to me. They do not respond to e-​mails, or phone calls and they greenlighted nearly $ 1k of work without calling nor informing me. I found out a month later just from a monthly ledger, which, I had to go through hoops to get. They did not communicate well at all nor took care of the tenants needs and lied about things that needed to be done at the house. It took on average eight weeks, two months, to respond to a query. I had to ask things again and again, and they got mad at me. I gave this company many chances, but, eventually, I had to let them go. I found a MUCH better property management company.

James, and his team are really professional, and knowledgeable. i definitely recommend them to all my family, and friends.

JLA has been managing my property for almost a year. Its been great to have them take care of everything from finding the tenant to taking care of the little problems that pop up with rentals. Toni and James are great to work with. I highly recommend them.
