I didn’t want to rush to give a business only 1 star so instead I sent a private message to the manager/​owner asking why it has been over two months their shampoo bowls have been broken. It’s been two weeks and they have not responded. Not sure if they didn’t get my message or just don’t care, either way the rating is deserved. In today’s social media world a business owner needs to be monitoring their online reputation as much as they monitor their bottom line. The two are very much connected.

Went in for a cut today. The service was excellent, and not a long wait either. The stylist Shelby listened and did exactly what I asked of her. Appreciate her friendly conversation too!

Went in for a haircut today, first off I have never waited 40 minutes for a haircut in my life but I was in a bind so I sat through. I got Shelby pretty sure and she was rushing the whole time, nicked the back of my head a bunch of time and when I asked her to fade the sides in more she gave a look in the mirror as if she didn’t even want to do it, she then did a whoreable job and then after going over it twice she said «that good» I just said yes so that she couldn’t screw up my hair anymore. By far the worst haircut that I have ever gotten in my life.
