Villa Toscana Apartments

The worst apartment community ever. The manager has no idea what she’s doing and is never there. I worked for the company and they refuse to send me my W-​2 forms for no reason other than disorganization. The maintenance man is a joke. The gym looks like homeless people should use it, it NEVER GETS CLEANED. They run the sprinkler system even when its raining and the rent is sky rocket! You’re better off renting a house.

This apartment complex is amazing! We have been living here for 3 months and it’s been a joy. I would recommend living here to most people! However there are some insider info you need to know!
This is a family style complex. The culture of the place is quiet. There are mostly families and seniors living here, all of which are very friendly. However, it is not child friendly for outside play. This allows peace and tranquility. Got kids? Have no fear there is a library next door for activities and a park nearby for all the play needed.
The Maintanence staff is friendly and efficient. We did have a few issues upon move in however it was resolved so fast it’s hard to consider they even existed.
Now I am a bug freak. Cannot stand them. It should be remarked this is the country area. You will see a roach at the dumpster ever now and again. And no matter who treats the grounds this is COUNTRY. HOWEVER, I’ve never had a problem or heard of one in the apartments in fact everone plays a role in keeping complex clean.
This is a dream complex for families and professionals. If your into parties and huge social life you may want to consider another place. All and all. This is home!!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE… If you plan to move into these apartments, be aware that their «Security Police» are a joke. Also they are known to tow your guests allot. Guests parked there for 10 min. and they were towed. The «Security», watched the guests walk in and decided to just tow immediatly, and to add onto that the tow people informed us that the «Security», makes some form of payment for the vehicles towed!!! So if you dont have a social life this is the place for you. WOULD NOT recommend this place for any one. Take your hard earned money somewhere else.
