The units are nice but that is really were it ends. If something needs maintenance or work its best just not bother. When I first moved in there was a hole in the wall. iam assuming from the previous tenents, I was told to put a request in to get it fixed. A year later after putting another request in finally they came to patch it. I was told they would be back to paint the patch the next day that was 7 months ago and Iam still waiting. I do not know how many times i was told they would be back to finish something and they never came back until I put another request in. The only way to get them to do anything you have to make them believe there is potential damage to there property. If its 100 degrees = and the AC is broken be ready to wait days. If its a inconvenience to them they couldn’t be faster to there tenants they will take there time. The parking spaces are small and atrocious. Most tenants don’t know how to park and take up 2 spaces. If we have visitors they often have to park across the street. When we have female friends we have to walk them to there car because the many men outside smoking and leering at them make them uncomfortable. When you ask to see the apartment they will take you to show apartment by the office, so you dont actually get a feel for the actually place.

$ 1600 for a 2 bedroom and that does NOT include water/trash! Horrible! If you have any problems here good luck getting anything fixed. It is not the maintenance guy’s fault though — it is the fault of the management. They would rather have him work on other places to get new residents than to take care of the current residents. And if you have kids run! Your kids can not play outside here. The appliances are old, not modern like they say. The plumbing is horrible. They will raise your rent as much as they can ever chance they get. I can go on and on but do not want to give to many details for fear of retaliation on their part if they find out which unit I am in.

For the price of rent, you get what you paid for. Rent is 1265 and that includes water and sewage, which is not bad. I have a 1⁄1 and it is perfect for me and I have a lot of room for the things I have in my apartment. Starting off, when you first walk in you will notice all the carpet. Especially where the door opens up. I’m use to having wooden floors or tile there, but nope… its carpet. which makes it prone to getting dirty very easily. Hell, the carpet in the whole apartment gets dirty easily. The walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors living their lives next door. I have the apartment with the high ceilings and reading about it when I first was looking for apartments, was bomb but now i regret it. The massive spider webs and bugs thats up there, drives me up the wall. Pest control is free, if the spiders get out of control. And being a short person without a ladder, I know that they will drop down and attack me. I was told to call maintenance whenever I have a problem, and I figured that calling maintenance will not help. Maintenance is a one man team and his work load is long… so if you have an issue, god forbid that its an emergency. All of the appliances in the apartment is outdated. No granite countertops or new appliances. Like I said, you get what you paid for. Maybe you can update the appliances yourself if you plan on staying here long term. The balcony has enough space to place some chairs and a small table. In the rental agreement, it says no dogs but a half the people here has dogs. If you have weak plumbing in your apartment, you can’t plunge it. People here let their kids roam freely, so you will hear them playing outside at all hours. On the positive side… If you love natural light, the apartments has plenty of that. Every tenant is assigned a covered parking spot and visitor parking is first come, first serve. But some of the tenants take those too, so there is sometimes no parking for visitors. Management is friendly. The apartment complex is friendly.
