Called and made an appointment for them to come look at our washing machine between 9:30 — 12:30 on a Saturday. At 12 we texted to make sure they were still planning on coming. 12:30 came and went — they never showed up or contacted us to explain their absence. I recommend turning to Appliance Pro Repair instead.

His helpers were scratching the hell out of my wood floors and so I loaned them a blanket to try to protect the floors. When they left they took my blanket. Mo offered to give it back to me but never did even after asking various times.
Two washers bought. One for my home the other for my rental property. Both stopped working within a couple of months. I bought a replacement for the one washer but when the second one went out I insisted he try to repair it. Mo offered to send out a service tech at a charge but when no one showed up I called but he wouldn’t pick up. I blocked my caller ID and he said someone would come out the next day and no one showed up.
This man has no integrity. Stay away.
NEXT DAY
Mo called me to say he would give me 3 blankets if I removed this Unilocal ad. He yelled at me that buying 2 machines and having them both go bad within months is normal and I should expect this type of occurrence. He said even buying new that this would happen and no company would care about them working. He also said that he gave the technician my phone number but didn’t explain why the tech never called me for the service. He also said that his workers are not responsible for floors. It’s amazing how simple it is to move appliances with $ 50 straps from Home Depot.

Mo and his partner are great. I had them this past week troubleshoot and repair my 6 yr old Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Thank heaven for the 20 yrs old standby in garage that works great. Mo came out the same day to diagnose and following morning to fix. He is honest, reasonably priced, and loyal. I will call again in future if need arises for other appliances.
