This not a good club. Before I signed my child to this club, an experienced club soccer director from a very prominent league told me that this was a club way beneath all of the other clubs and to go elsewhere. I wished I had listed to him because now I agree that this club is below dirt level. I agree that this club is a business first and teaches players second if not third. Of course they don’t give the impression of money being first — they are not stupid. But once you get to know the coaching director, he is nothing more than a cheap used car salesperson. Some of the coaches are liked — like a certain one from Hotspurs — very nice guy. The problems with this club go way beyond the coaching staff. My experience is very negative and I would highly recommend going to any other club than this one. A club that is more organized, stable and knows what they are doing. The clinics are okay — nothing to get excited about. Go elsewhere!

Well since the invite has been sent out, I guess I will oblige by writing a review! Please note as to the previous review where Liverpool was given a 1 star, this same parent is giving every soccer club the same review… because as he says it, Liverpool is run like every other soccer club! I on the other hand, disagree. I have felt in the past that soccer clubs were only out for the money and once it was collected they didn’t care much of what our thoughts or concerns were. However, I have a very different feel about Liverpool. The director for one, has an amazing approach and outlook of the game! He wants to create great soccer players, but he does not sugar coat it by telling us it will happen over night! Soccer takes skill, repetition, and time! You cant just be good at soccer, you have to work at it! The clinics, have been so great! If your not taking advantage of the clinics than you have no room to complain! They offer more, more touches on the ball, more skill improvement, all the things needed to make your player better! It also offers a new perspective on learning skills and techniques outside of their regular coach. Every coach out there has a different perspective on the game. It is important for our players to see all sides of the game from different points of view. Thia is our first year with the club. I am the team manager, and I can honestly say that MONEY has been the least of the clubs concern with our team. Their focus has been on providing our players with as much opportunity as they can! My daughter is a U11 player and has played for a couple of clubs… I have nothing negative to say about LIVERPOOL! We love our coach, my daughter has fun which is important at this age, and she is constantly learning! The comradery on the field during our practice is amazing. Our girls get well conditioned each practice and don’t even know they are working hard, because they are having so much fun! But they are working hard and it shows! There is not negative talk in our stands about Liverpool or our coach! That is saying A LOT! Liverpool does not feel like a political crisis! It feels like everyone from the top to the bottom truly has our players best interest at heart!
