Pools R Us Swimming Pool Service San Diego, CA This Review is long overdue: At the beginning of this year, I had inherited another pool service company from the time we moved into our new home. We live in the East County of San Diego and the weather here is usually pretty warm year round. And, we have lots of trees and wind… not a great thing I’ve been told if you want to have a clean, sparkling pool. Well, looking back on the situation now, this existing pool service company, which I thought was going to be a seamless transition from the previous owner to us, seemed like something I didn’t need to concern myself with… until a few months after we moved in. You see, I didn’t see the pool service technician often, or when I did, I didn’t see that much attention given to my pool when they did come. I say«they» literally because when the tech person did come, I didn’t recognize who he/she was because they were different most every time! So finally, when my pool water became green and there was a dark film along the blue tiles, I realized I needed to do something quickly. I noticed my neighbor’s, who also have a pool, that their service man was always there each week, and actually the same guy doing WORK!!! I thought, That’s the Key, regular service maintenance with the same guy who’s familiar with the pool. I inquired to whom he was and if he would look at my pool one day. Chuck is his name, and he said it was just him and his wife who did the business and would be happy to review and give me a bid! The rest is history! Pools R Us has been servicing my pool now for 7 months and I’ve had a Fantastic summer pool season where my pool looked clean, felt great and smelled wonderfully! It was like I was living at a Day Spa! :-) To bottom line it, you have to have a regular pool service man do your work, who shows up weekly, does the work, and knows how to handle the necessary service and repairs in a timely manner to prevent Bigger Issues. Oh, by the way, Pools R Us has always been available to reach by phone, email, or text when I have a question, concern, or just want to say«Thanks» And that too, was Refreshing for a change!
