The previous reviews, while several years old now, aren’t entirely off when it comes to the girls running the front. My husband and I had started going here about 5 years ago and had a fabulous experience all around(Doctor and purchasing glasses). They have since changed the staff for purchasing glasses and I agree, they need to greatly work in customer service. So why do I give 4 stars? Because I weight this most on the eye care I receive.(I knock offs one star for the help, if it was based purely on the optometrist I would give 5+ stars). With every visit we have had, Dr Swartz has been nothing but thorough, attentive, and highly competent while being kind, caring, and compassionate. Even while giving some pretty grim news about my vision, he does so in a way the keeps me well informed and answers all my questions. He takes his time and explains exactly what is happening and endures I leave well informed for the next steps. Additionally, he consistently does further testing just to ensure that every other option has been ruled out or is indeed the appropriate diagnosis or step. He would rather be certain and clear than play a guessing game with our vision and I greatly appreciate that. Sure, recently purchasing glasses has felt sketchy(like they were trying to add unnecessary costs) but we are on it and question everything(5 years ago we didn’t feel like this at all, those girls were great! These ones not so much). And these girls will pretty much not help you at all choose the frames that look best on you. However, I can take my prescription and go to another place to purchase them. What I can’t do, however, is find an optometrist like this one. While I don’t buy all my glasses here anymore, I will continue to have my eye care here as long as I can.

Simply horrible service. The optomotrist is nice enough. We tried several times to call and make and appointment no one ever answered the phone. A friend had given us good reviews of the place so we went in and made our appointment. They were backed up and we waited an hour till we were seen. It has been 11 days since I placed my glasses order still no call. I try to call and again no answer I will not work for them. They should work to help the customer not the othe r way around.
