I was pleasantly surprised because we were greeted and seated promptly. Our server was Lizzy. Lizzy did a great job and she looks like she really enjoys her job. She took our drink order. I ordered coffee and she said that they had vanilla creamer. I didn’t know and I’m glad she made that suggestion. Then she took our order and was attentive to us and checking if we needed anything else. Overall she made our breakfast.

Fantastic breakfast… My Dad is 83 years old and we took him to IHOP on Veteran’s Day. Our waitress Lizzy made our meal so Special and my Dad was so proud to be recognized as a Veteran. Thank you for our delicious breakfast; Pancakes, Eggs, Bacon and my Mom ordered a Bacon Lettuce and Tomato Sandwich. Fantastic !!! Thanks to our Cashier Daisy too for being so pleasant. See you in the near future. My Parents love IHOP and I do too !!!

I love IHOP and today was a reminder of why I love IHOP so much! I had an amazing waitress (wish I had gotten her name) and amazing food! I got the turkey/​Swiss melt with lingonberry jam. Like Thanksgiving for breakfast! SO AMAZING! All of the staff was phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about the waitress. She was very attentive, always checked on us. Love her and love IHOP! Will definitely start coming to this place more often!

Again, nothing amazing. The waiters were nice enough. I know it’s a chain. I just expect something unique, something to stand out about our visits. The pumpkin pancakes were good, but mine are better. If I’m going out to the IHOP where the p stands for pancakes, then I expect them to be fabulous.
Overall it’s just breakfast which is the easiest meal to cook at home so that’s that. No more wasting my money. Going to hash house a gogo going forward for breakfast. They deliver. Not physically deliver, deliver in an amazing breakfast. There or snooze.

Came her with my son for breakfast and had a great experience. Ryan our server was amazing and very entertaining. He joked with us and checked on us often to make sure we were OK. The service was superb. Our order was made quickly and it was fresh and delicious. We also had a kind angel who paid it forward and took care of our bill. Whomever you are, thank you again. This allowed us to also kindly pay it forward to our waiter. Will be back soon.

Thank you Kim. Themanagerwasexcellent. We had to leaveearlyasourorder took to long. When we got home 2 of the orders were wrong. When we called to tell them of their error… the managerKimwas beyond understanding of our situation. I went back to get our correct order and she duplicated the order with extra pancakes. We will go back. Food was excellent

I came to visit my family in El Cajon
Sunday morning I came to this ihop to order for take out. I was told about 10 minutes
It was about 30 minutes and my order was not ready. For it being take out they took too long. This was unacceptable and I wanted to make sure people know about how horrible this place is. I never did get my order and ask for a refund. The person that refunded me which was the manager I’m guessing did not show any kind of empathy

Big parking to park for the RV and it’s right off the freeway
I don’t what they use in the pancake batter but OMG the cakes are the best. This place always has great service. Love the way the put the whole coffee pot on the table and no need to chase someone down for refills
The price is a little steep but worth it. The place is always clean, service is fast and food is always been served to the table hot
Most of all my kids love it. Great family restaurant.
They have earned the 5 stars and we will be back!

The wait staff here is always very attentive! Always happy to help make sure your meal is excellent. It’s really the little things I like about this place, like vanilla flavored creamer and how every now and then they’ll give you a free refill on something that has no free refill. I think their crepes are excellent and like that they constantly have different breakfast combos to try (under $ 8) try the coffee, it’s pretty good!

The food was good, but service sucked!!! I normally go to Santee location, which has wonderful service that is fast and efficient. This location was very slow and I understand being busy, but waiting 20 minutes just to order? Then our food was finally brought 40 minutes later without utensils to eat. Will never come to this location again!

Went here for breakfast on a busy Saturday morning. We were seated within a minute or so. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door by the manager. We were greeted again by our waitress as soon as we got our table. Excellent service. Food was really good! I have been here years prior and food was not fresh. My food was just the right temperature. Manager came by and she wanted to make sure everything tastes great. I like that and feel it’s necessary in the restaurant business. IHOP is making a comeback! Way to go!

The service was great and the food was fine. My only complaint is the cost.
I went with my daughter and son and his two friends. They all ordered from the kids menu, but our bill was more than at an upscale restaurant where we had dinner. Why? Because they charge almost $ 3 for each kids drink when at other restaurants the kids drink is included with their meal. I paid $ 10 per child, after tax and tip. Ouch!

Service was ‘outstanding’. My waiter, Remington, was one of the best servers I’ve encountered in years! He knew the menu, was fast (not pushy), courteous, and had great manners.
I noticed Remington checked on all of his tables at least twice and helped out the other server working with him. How cool is that! :o)
I had the hamburger with seasoned fries. Burger was decent in size, juicy & flavorful. Cooked ‘just right’. The fries were ‘ok’. Not sure what the seasoning was, but it was pretty bland. No salt or pepper in the seasoning. hhmmm?
I also had the ‘side salad’ for an additional 99 cents. Well worth the money. Salad appeared to be ‘mesclun’ (mixture of loose tender baby lettuce leaves), also had onions and tomatoes, served with saltines. Very fresh.
I would come here again. Hope this helps. :o)

I was in the mood for a stack of pancake and a stack of good pancakes is what I got.
I ordered the pancake stack that came with 3 pancakes and 4 strips of crispy bacon for $ 7. I also ordered I cup of coffee that I regretted after the first sip because it tasted watered down and flavorless. I could not believe I paid $ 3 dollars for that.
The pancakes how ever were quite the treat I may say. They were the buttermilk ones, and they were fluffy, moist, and tasty. (
)The bacon was very good as well. The strips were so crispy that when I tried to use a fork to eat them, they would just break apart in little pieces, but that was okay because they tasted very good.
The service was okay but I little abrupt and made me feel rushed. I prefer to be mellow. If it weren’t for the bad coffee and the unusual service, I might of given them 4 stars.
