Really!?? I came here last night to get a pie for my Valentine and they sold me a pie that looked like it had been uncovered in the freezer for 2 years. It also looked like it had been melted at one point because the whipped cream had slid to the edge. I live down the street so it was still frozen when I got home; why would you sell that to a customer?! They also gave me a used box that said«carol» on one side and«turtle 033» on the other side. Re-using boxes is tacky!

Have been here several times in the past month. The ice cream is delicious. The employees are often perky and upbeat college age kids. The place is clean. The ice cream and ice cream cakes are about double the price of other places! Parking is not easy. An employee told me that my dogs who sniffed the floor had to leave while allowing a pack of young children to touch everything in sight with their visibly dirty and slimy hands(counter, tables, everything). I did not hear the adults with the pack of children spreading germs, being asked to take the children outside.

I unfortunately was not satisfied with the customer service here. I got a scoop of the monthly flavor which was oreo cake which I had sampled and thought was pretty good at first. I walked out of the store and tried it again and ended up not really liking it… too much chocolate for me. I went back in to ask the girl if there was any way I could change my scoop that I had barely touched because I really did not end up liking it. She looked at me like it was something that has never been asked before and told me she couldn’t change it for me unless it was dropped on the ground. I work in the customer service business and if a customer is really unhappy with something I try my best to fix it for them. She did not at all which was a big bummer because I ended up just throwing it away and wasting my money. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location.

I love Baskin Robbins because it’s so close to my house and all the employees are nice and okay if I ask for multiple samples. The main bad thing is that it’s pretty expensive for and ice cream shop.

The girls who work there are very nice but the place has pricing issues. First, I saw more then a few people rolls there eyes at $ 3.50 for a single scoop/$ 6 two scoops of ice cream. Way Way overpriced for the quality which is not better than many store brands. Taste good but no better than others. $ 32.50 for a small ice cream cake for 6 – 8 with maybe paper thin slices of cake and the girl told one lady she needed two cakes for her party for ten kids… You can get delicious huge cakes elswhere for 25 for $ 20 tops that taste great. Grossly overpriced on everything and then telling people 75 cents for a dash of whip cream on something. If you have alot of money to spend and can break the bank go and buy there but if more people didnt they just might be alot more realistic in their pricing. I say go elsewhere for a bargain

I went to go get an ice cream sunday yesterday and the gal at this store gave me this. Whip cream was so small amount. So I asked her to put more. She said she would charge 75 cents extra. I could not believe this poor service.

The ladies here are always nice and helpful, even when we stop in for late-night dessert. I have always been offered samples and experienced nothing but great customer service. This is my neighborhood ice cream parlor and will surely continue visiting from time to time to get my ice cream fix! Be sure to sign up for Baskin Robbins emails. I have used coupons without any problems here and love it! Plus, get sneak peeks into upcoming flavors and flavors of the months!

i usually go to the Baskin Robbins on 2nd street. Yesterday i went to this BR. I always get chocolate chip(very boring, i know). The Chocolate Chip on 2nd, is awesome~! i was near this store on Fletcher Pkwy, so i decided, why not? i got a double scoop(for almost 5 bucks!) of Chocolate Chip. It was heavy, melted and just horrible. i also noted the cone was STALE! very disappointed. i ended up tossing it. i would have gone back but we were on the road before i realized how bad it was. Lesson learned

It’s pricey. Basically $ 5 double scoop cone. It’s a small store not great for a big group and no out door seating. The flavors are great and product is fresh. Staff is always friendly.

Bad service and not friendly. Expensive ice cream at nearly $ 5/scoop. When one of my daughters accidentally ordered the wrong scoop, Kira would not replace it even though our total order was over $ 25.

Great ice cream and great girls behind the counter but lets face it they are EXPENSIVE!!! It can be like $ 5 for a cone with a few scoops, such a bummer cause they have great product

The ice cream is here is okay. Sometimes I don’t think it’s very fresh but the girls working here have very little brain cells and even a routine trip or a quick question turns into a major snafu. I’ve had minor problems before and thought twice before going there today but chose this location anyway. I took 5 kids here today to get birthday ice creams. It was kinda complicated as 2 of them had birhday coupons and we had one coupon but then the girl messed it up and left like .45 on a card so I ordered something else for myself, that I didn’t really want but didn’t want the balance on the card and she could not figure it out and keep telling me that I would have to pay the 45 cents on the card and call the number on the card when I came home. This went on for 15 mimutes! Another gal came over, same thing. Couldn’t do math, couldn’t figure out what the problem was. They kept saying $ 5 on the card minus the $ 4.53 leaves you with 21 cents! hello? Meanwhile, the kids are done and running around the tiny store, my ice cream has melted and one of the little ones needs to use the bathroom, which they don’t have. FINALLY, the fiugred it out-REALLY? over 45 cents you made me stand there for 15 minutes-I will not be back for a LONG time(if ever).

I rarely eat ice cream but once and a blue moon the mood strikes for a sundae or cone. I’ve been coming to this BR location forever. Perfect place to get a pistachio or mint chocolate chip cone. MMMM Look out for the buy 1 get 1 free coupon in those coupon booklets that come in the mail!!!

I’ve gone to this baskin robbins since I was a kid and have brought my sister and little cousins here for their ice cream. Amazing ice cream and lots of choices for flavor. Cup or cone. Banana split or shake. Cake or froyo. Lots of different toppings if you want something on top. Everyone is nice. And even though it seems not many workers are there, it does get busy a lot but they work fast. The flavor tags has a description of what’s in the ice cream and the calories. Not sure which to pick? Ask to sample a flavor before buying your ice cream. The ice cream cakes are amazing. I usually get them for birthdays but you can get them for any occasion. You can even order a customized cake with your face on it! Don’t worry about what you’re eating, indulge a little.

I love this Baskin Robbins. It’s been in this location for at least 30 years; I remember going there as a kid in the 70’s. The parking is never a problem, even when busy. The staff is friendly and they always have my favorite flavors in stock. Sometimes the inside of the store gets packed, so it’s standing room only. This is the only Baskin Robbins I go to, so can’t compare it to the other locations. I hope it’s around for another 30 years.

i grew up on baskin-robbins…how could you not like a place like this? the people that work at this location seem to be a younger group — and really friendly and efficient. lots of parking at this location, and only about 5 minutes or so from my house… perfect when the hubby gets his ice cream cravings and says we gotta hit up baskin-robbins. i’m usually a 1 scoop kind of gal… a cup or cone depends on my mood. sometimes i’m feel chocolaty and sometimes i might be on a sherbert kick. who knows? the hubs almost always gets a scoop of peanut butter/chocolate w/a scoop of daquiri ice… GROSS. he is so wierd. daquiri ice is NOT good, esp w/that combo. but whatever, it keeps him happy =)

31 flavors I don’t know I didn’t count them today, but they have calories noted under each flavor name now. My love for rich foods WAS confirmed today when I noted my flavor was one of the highest in calories. So I didn’t order it right off, I looked up and down and even stopped in front of the fat free frozen yogurt for a an extra 20 seconds. but no I went high calories and added hot fudge and whipped cream to really make it count. I know these chains tend to be the same, but honestly I love this particular location. There is always parking, the staff is awesome and it doesn’t matter how busy they are, they get to you quickly or they are making sure you know that they will be right with you. I figure if I really get on the elliptical tomorrow it won’t be that bad.
