I moved here a year ago and ETs is not far. A friend mentioned how good the food was so I tried it. I took home a slab of ribs, a pound of pulled pork and my son wanted the catfish. The ribs were very well prepared. They were moist with a great smoke flavor. They make their own sauce regular and hot. We got both and the hot is my recommendation. The show stopper was their pulled pork. By far the best I’ve ever had! Instantly you will notice the preparation and care that went in to the end result. Perfection! The atmosphere is very family friendly. The entire staff always take the time to ask you need anything each time they walked by. I will be a regular customer of ETs from this point forward.

Saw this place as I was driving by. I hadn’t had lunch, so in my relentless pursuit of good BBQ, I figured this place would be as good as any other restaurant in the area. I walked in and found myself 3rd in line behind 2 takeout orders. There were only two diners in the restaurant. I didnt want to wait forever so I ordered something simple so I could be on my way. I ordered a half pound of hot links to go. While I realize there were two large orders ahead of me, I waited a VERY long time for my food. You’d think with as many employees in the place as there were customers, they could put some sausage in a box fairly quickly. Not true apparently. As for the food, it was good. Hard to tell if it’s good Q by just ordering hot links, but it was a generous portion of very tasty hot links with good sauce. The hot links were a little on the mild side and the sauce a little sweet, but both good nonetheless. The price of about $ 6 was very reasonable in my view and I’d much prefer their food to the Subway that is located next to it in the strip mall. So in general it was decent food, nice and polite staff, but rather slooooowwwww. I will try it again sometime if I’m in the area.

Wasn’t expecting much from its strip mall location, but it was really good! Great ribs, sides and really nice service! Will defiantly come back!

I give ET’s one star because I can’t give them 0 stars. The staff is incompetent, the food of questionable(at best) quality. The prices are ridiculous for the portion sizes($ 7.00 for a quart of fried okra, which I will say is the best item on the menu). We bought 4 of their cobblers for dessert. When we opened them(takeout) the ½ cup serving was literally ½ full and burnt! When I returned to the store with them(we live less than a mile away) I was told they couldn’t do anything because they were sure they didn’t serve it like that. The ribs were burnt(or old) to the point of being jerky on a bone. Don’t waste your time or money with this«restaurant»!!!

Wow this place impressed me again I went for lunch with a buddy on a Friday afternoon and ordered a basic rib basket and he had the catfish, yea I know catfish. I started in on my grade A++ ribs and a couple of shiner bocks and did a little switcharo with a rib for a catfish fillet. Man was I blown away the catfish was also amazing it was seasoned beyond bland but not overly so and was cooked just right, the only downside is I am pretty sure they only serve it on Friday and Saturday. So dig in and enjoy I know that both times I have been there I was already looking forward to going back.
