Food is consistently good, coffee could be better it’s hard to weed out riff raft when most food options are less than 10.00 the owner or manager looks around a lot so that’s cool I always ask for Courtney as my waitress or chante they are the best and poster children of what good waitresses are the other staff should take a page out of their book and their tips would increaSe greatly

The service here is fantastic, especially for a place where most options are under $ 10. Some high priced downtown options should take a page from their book!

I’m a huge fan! The International House of Pancakes has branched out and added more options on the menu.
Today I indulged in the BELLA BENNIE! An Italian version of the classic eggs Benedict dish. No English muffin but instead a French toast brioche slice. No Canadian Bacon — just a sliver of their basic ham. No hollaindaise — just a cream sauce. To add to the Italian flair — some Parmesan cheese thrown in. The poached egg was cooked perfectly. The brioche was sitting too long on the griddle so it had an extra crispy exterior that was a little to dark for my tastes.

Killer all American breakfast. Hash browns, my personal barometer of any breakfast, are exquisite. Crispy, tender and plentiful as they complement the egg dishes. Try a Cinestack for the table. Thick and crispy french toast drizzled with an astonishing cinnamon sauce… sticky smiles of contentment will ensue. Take a pass on the coffee drinks… too sweet by far. Fast friendly service and a tiny bill rounds out this quintessential American breakfast.

First time here was horrible. Ordered a barebones chicken sandwich and waited a whole 30 minutes to get food, food that arrived was subpar and the fruit provided with meal was hard and tasteless. Waitresses were kind but the meal was something a child could have made in less time.

What a piece of shit «restaurant!» The food never comes out the way it was ordered and tastes awful (especially the watered down under cooked egg mush) The wait staff looks like they hate their lives and only come to the table when they are giving you a drink (forget a refill) or your meal… want some ketchup, extra napkins or more sugar, better ask when your food is delivered because they are not coming back to check on you. It’s really disappointing because Edgewater was looking forward to Ihop coming to our area. My fiancé and I have given it 3 tries and from this point forward if we want crappy diner food we will go to Denny’s.

Service was slow and not very friendly. Food was mediocre at best. The eggs were absolutely horrible. We will definitely not be returning.
