This place is right on par with most of the other DoIt Best hardwares. The staff staff is friendly enough, but sometimes has a hard time finding their own products. It’s in a convenient location, but you pay a little higher prices for that convenience.
I go there when I need something quick, but I think there are better choices if you need to talk to somebody and get help related to your project.

The latest location for a Jerry’s hardware is in a complex with a Jerry’s Food store on Anderson Lks Pkwy off 169.
If you are a Jerry’s hardware customer the store will feel familiar. Employees are friendly and helpful, as is typical.
The new store is well lit and aisles are well marked. My one complaint is that the overhead signage is a bit hard to read — white lettering on a light gray background is hard to read if the light doesn’t hit it just right. Black letters would be a better choice.
