Love this place… Been going here for years. They have options to eat in, take out, it get delivery. Also offer Japanese, Chinese and Thai and soy paper wraps if you prefer. Also love the online ordering options.

I’ve never had warm sushi and there’s a reason for that. The sweet potato tempura roll was bordering on hot. I called to complain but they refused any wrongdoing and insisted that that’s how sweet potato tempura rolls are served. No, that’s how you served it and it’s incorrect. Sushi is not a dish served hot. They offered no apology not refund. Never again. Poor excuse for food, especially for $ 30 for 3 items.

Please avoid this DUMP at all cost… I’ve called about a month ago to place my order, but whoever picked up the phone at this dump told me to come in and place my order IN PERSON, instead of CALLING and then HUNG UP on me. If this DUMP does not think my money is good enough for them to place my orders through the phone, then those RETARDS do not deserve my money.

I didn’t think it was possible to be this bad at sushi. It was like eating cereal in that it falls apart and is impossible to eat with chopsticks. Overall, it tasted weird and the flavors did not complement each other at all. Everything was slighlty sour and overwhelmingly subpar. If you hate yourself and have little self respect, at least opt for grocery store sushi and save yourself the shame of stooping sultan wok low.
I ordered the Rumson Roll, sushi appetizer, and soup so this wasn’t a one off exception.

I haven’t had sultan wok sushi since my old job over 10 years ago. It hasn’t changed much higher it was the same and still taste great. I ordered the smoked salmon sashimi, a spicy tune roll and avocado roll. the sashimi was presented as a rose flower, the task was smooth and buttery texture just awsome, not too overly powering of smoke taste just perfect smell and taste and nice long slices. the spicy tuna was great too nice balance of spicy and fish. wrapped in rice. the rice was perfect. no hard rice and not too sticky or too much, just the rite balance of rice to sushi. I also had the ak-​47 roll jd65 it’s a new roll. nice bite size pieces, perfect blend of spicy tuna shrimp tempura and avocado inside and outside avocado red to bike and a nice drizzle of mayo on top. all in all am happy to be back after 10 years. great tazte, great portions and great food.

Sultan Wok is way under rated. Ordered delivery and did pick up, everytime the food was great, the BBQ beef sticks are the best things on the menu by far. If I could suggest anything if say put a little more sauce on the BBQ sticks so that I can pour that unbelievable sauce on my white rice.

I’ve been ordering delivery from this place for two or three years. It’s good. Not amazing, but they’ve got to be doing something right for me to keep coming back. Delivery is super fast, the sushi is very good for the price, and the Chinese food is good, too. The Thai food was pretty awful, but it was over a year ago and I just don’t order it anymore. There was one time they forgot to bring my cans of soda, but that was the only mess up I’ve ever experienced. And I’ve never experienced food poisoning.

I write this review as someone who has frequented this place a lot the past 2 years. They know who I am just by hearing my voice when I call. I usually only order broccoli and rice. They are only 300 yards from my house so when I don’t have time to make dinner I’ll call them. I think I’m going to stop using them or only stick to food that I’m sure is not contaminated. I had sushi there last night and I’ve been in the bathroom more then I’ve been in all week (the past 2 hours). This place can not be trusted for its fish, sushi, anything risky should me avoided. They claim to offer Chinese, Japanese, and Tai and unfortunately they should only offer Chinese. My stomach is knots…

After eating at so many bad places in Monmouth County, this place is GOOD. I had no problems, the website is easy to order from, the food came very quickly. The dumplings were GREAT! I haven’t actually called or visited the place, so unsure of customer service issues, but they have so many areas of delivery, it’s impossible for them not to deliver to you from one of their restaurants. I often find most take-​outs will not come to my area, even though they list everything around me! And without a car, that can be problematic. But this is great! Modern technology of ordering from their interactive menu to good food that comes on time and hot. Loved it!

Avoid this place! I ordered here for the first time last week and it was a disaster. We passed by here many times and decided to give it a try. I should have known that the food would not be very good as I saw the chefs using a microwave to prepare chicken on a skew. I microwave simply does not belong in a chinese restaurant!
The food was not very good. Everything was way too greasy and overcooked. The broccoli was burnt. The chicken was not fresh — we ended up throwing it out.
And to make matters worse, they charged us extra for additional fortune cookies. We orders 4 main dishes in large quart sizes and they only gave us 4 fortune cookies. We needed 5 more fortune cookies and they had the nerve to charge us a $ 1 for them. Not that $ 1 is a lot of money, but after spending almost $ 50, you would think that they would give you enough fortune cookies, and if asked, would not charge extra for them.
I will never go to this place again and advise that others do the same.

I love this Chinese restaurant! I always order from them when I am working in the area, despite the fact that there are closer Chinese restaurants to my job. Their food is good, made of REAL CHICKEN, not that processed, gelatin like crap that most Chinese joints use nowadays to save money. It’s real white meat chicken! The Boneless ribs are very meaty and large pieces. The food is prepared quickly, and they take credit cards! I’ve never eaten there, but it has a nice bright, modern décor inside!
