Just giving everyone a big heads up Chipotle is next door. This place is not good burgers are terrible it’s like fast food but it’s still slow. Low quality food. The fountain soda is good? People may come here for Bobby’s but then they turn their heads left and BAM. Saved all of you guys.

Bobbies delivers quality and great taste in every bite across the menu. Best shakes and best burgers on a simple menu packed with variety of flavors and options. My favourite burger — Dallas Burger. Favorite shake — hard to decide between malted coconut, dark chocolate, pistachio.

Average burger place, I have had better that were much less oily and sloppy. It’s an open atmosphere where you have people sitting next to you at tables.

Waited 45 minutes for 3 burgers and 3 fries. Then to realize they only gave us 2 burgers and 3 fries but charged us for 3. I’m never going back there again.

OK to try once if you have some extra cash laying around. The burgers, shakes, and fries were excellent but there was a long wait and the prices are really really high. I know that this is probably the best burger that I can get anywhere but for the same price I could get a very tasty steak meal at a local Mexican or Brazilian place. I got the impression that I was paying a premium for Bobby Flay’s name on the food in addition to an expected premium for good quality and proper preparation.

After going to a movie at the mall and shopping around for a while, I love winding down by going to Bobby’s Burger Palace(BBP) for a great burger, shake, and fries. I recommend getting the french fries and sweet potato fries to share if you’re out with someone. Also, make sure you experiment with the BBP trademark sauces on your burger and fries!

Wow, now if I could only change the review from 1 star to negative 900 stars. I reach out to because of Stephanie D’s message and get this in my email: «We’re writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact(social) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. A few more details on why you weren’t able to post: * You might have spelled or formatted the group name incorrectly. * The owner of the group may have removed this group. * You may need to join the group before receiving permission to post. * This group may not be open to posting.» Yes, way to show how phony you truly are and what your BBP«restaurants» are all about. I’m not interested in jumping through hoops to contact you or your lackey failures.

Expensive but good not a place we would rush back too. I Thought it would be more than a fast food place more like a restaurant but the servers there were nice

I’m a huge burger fan, and this is my favorite burger place. The burgers are juicy, the cheese is great, and their bacon is amazing. Making it «crunchified» is a MUST. Every time I’m near the Monmouth Mall, I make sure I’m hungry for this place, highly recommended!

The food is fine, but the service is incredibly slow and poorly timed. If you order a milkshake, it will be melted before you get your burger, and your burger will be cold before you get fries. It’s really not worth it. Go to Five Guys.

Mediocre at best. Shakes were pretty good, but burgers were not high quality, the fries were okay and the rings were too greasy. With so many great burger places these days, this place fell far short.

I was pleasantly surprised by Bobby’s Burger Palace in Eatontown. I was here when this place first opened years ago and didn’t enjoy it. I gave it another shot when I was in the area because the Chipotle next door was too crowded. The burgers were awesome and cooked a medium rare. I was asked about every fifteen minutes how the burger and fries were even though there isn’t a traditional wait staff there. The sweet potato fries and dip were a meal in its self. There are multiple sauces you can put on the burgers. Bobby’s special sauce was the best. Generally I thought the prices were about right, with the exception of maybe the fries which were priced little high. But if two people go in, the fries would be perfect to split. Note– Large groups may have trouble sitting together.

There’s really nothing special about this place and let’s face it, everyone wants to be the new Shake Shack… including apparently Chef Flay… but based on the people that are in this place, the food, and the pricing, it is not likely. The chicken sandwich I had was an embarrassment, I mean it was so small… please. The burgers as well, ordinary… nothing nothing nothing special. For me, I prefer Smash Burger right down the road.

I’m going with 3 stars instead of 2, with the extra star for the dipping sauces and speed and friendliness of service, but the food itself was sub par, considering the price. It was over $ 33 for 2 burgers, 1 half and half side(onion rings and sweet potato fries), 2 drinks and a kids’ meal, and overall, I wasn’t blown away. I ordered the Bobby Blue(blue cheese, bacon, lettuce, and tomato) and my husband had the Brunch Burger(fried egg, bacon, and american cheese). Our son had the kid’s burger and fries, and my husband and I split the side of onion rings and sweet potato fries. Our son had the standard kids’ cheeseburger and a side of regular fries. First, I don’t love communal seating, but you don’t have any other option here. We found a fairly clean spot(one of the employees came over a little later and wiped away the pile of discarded sesame seeds all over the table), and our food came out very quick. Maybe a little too quick, as I suspect it wasn’t cooked to order, but rather served up out of warming pans. The burgers were fine and my husband assures me they were tasty. I have a cold and couldn’t taste much, but at least the presentation was nice, the texture of the burger was good and it was nice and juicy. The sides were a major disappointment. Our fries and rings were barely warm, and even my husband said they were nothing special — kind of bland and boring. The onion rings were bad — MASSIVE in size, undercooked on the inside with a soft, almost paste-y sort of coating on the outside. You can’t really call it a crust. Thank god there were only two of them. The slices were those 2.5 to 3 inch thick ones that you can’t really bite into without pulling out a huge chunk of slimy onion while the coating falls off. Clearly we did not enjoy these onion rings, and the fries didn’t make up the difference. What did help tremendously were the dipping sauces — regular ketchup and yellow mustard were present, but who wants that when there’s burger sauce, chipotle ketchup and JALAPENO sauce? Again, my sense of taste was off because of my cold, but those three sauces did a good job cutting through that and made the fries and onion rings more palatable. My husband said the chipotle flavor in the ketchup was strong and it was definitely on the spicy side, and that there was definitely molasses in the burger sauce(I could definitely taste the sweeetness in it). Loved the jalapeño sauce as well. Overall, had the food been fresher — crispier fries and better prepared, reasonable onion rings, I think we would have enjoyed this much more and not felt as short changed on the meal.

Food tasted good while eating it and employees were very friendly. Bit pricey for what it was but I guess not so bad. not sure if it was old oil or what, but let’s just say it did not«sit» well. felt uneasy for abour 24 hours afterwards. hopefully just a fluke, it did taste good. still undecided if i will return

Bobby’s Burger Palace is awesome. I’m a sucker for their Crunch Burger. For some silly reason, I didn’t think you could have any options on their burgers, but that’s not accurate info. You can put whatever you want on these Bad Boys! And did I mention their thick A$$ Shakes? Got me screaming at the top of my lungs, «SHAKE Dat @$$, Watch yo’self, SHAKE dat @$$, show me what you slirpin’ wit»! I demolished their thick Pistacio Shake, and finished off my friends Blueberry-Pomegranate Shake! The blueberry-Pomegranate Shake is Cray Cray delicious! Bobby just needs to put one of these palaces in ChilltownJC and then he gets 5 stars!

The first time I came to BBP was years ago when it first opened and I was a hungry college student. I stopped in for dinner the other night and had another pleasant experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly cashier who takes your order. You’re given a number to place on your table for the food runners. We had ordered a regular cheeseburger, a Dallas burger, sweet potato fries and two milkshakes. It took less than 5 minutes for the first runner to come by with our milkshakes. Sipping on the delicious shakes was a great way to pass the time while you were waiting for your food. However, the food followed shortly afterwards. The Dallas burger was cooked medium, as ordered. Unfortunately, the regular cheeseburger was undercooked to rare, instead of medium. It was very red/bloody. The sauces on the table were great compliments to the burgers, especially the burger sauce. The fries were delicious and we loved the accompanying sauce that goes with it. The servers were very friendly and the tables were clean. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Good burgers, they have a variety of different burgers and salads too for those who prefer not to eat. Ordered Miami, Chicago and kids meal with one adult drink spent and half onion rings/fries around $ 33. They seemed understaffed and it took a long time for the waitress to be free to ask her for anything. Also noticed the tables weren’t cleanest, soda machine overflowing with ice, and bathrooms dirty but we attributed to the fact that they seemed understaffed. We’ve been here before and never seen this. The service was friendly as always.

I came when it first opened and wasn’t impressed. I just came back after several years and ordered the brunch burger and it was outstanding. I was a five guys fan until they started making all of their burgers well done. The fact that I can order a burger at BBP the way I want(medium)is fantastic. I’ll be coming back more often as I would now consider this the best burger place at the shore.
