I received my new replacement device that didnt work. The phone stated that there was no sim card available to activate phone. I signed in abd waited a few minutes to be assisted. I specialist what happened and basically all I needed was a new sim card. She than told me they were of out of sim cards for my device. She pulled up my account saw I couldn’t upgrade and insisted that I go to another location to get a new sim card. This wasn’t a good option because it was peak of traffic hour and the next nearest store would’ve easily been about an hour away and the corporate stores were closing soon. After that she stated that it was nothing else she could do and pretty sent me on my way. This young lady happened to be manager on duty… no help right. I asked for the Store Manager and District Manager names and email addresses. After asking again, she told me District Manager name, which I wrote down on back of one of the business cards. I insisted that she get Asurion on the phone, since I was on the phone with customer care. Asurion eventually told me the only option is getting another device sent out. They offered to send it to my job but since this meant a change of address, its going to take up to 24 hours for this address to get approved and then I still would have to call back them back confirm shipment. Meaning that I will still be without a phone tomorrow. Im done with Sprint.

I came to this Sprint store to have my new Invisible Shield installed on my phone but they would not do it because I did not purchase the phone at their store and it might be a «liability» issue. I called the Southlake store and they were more than happy to install my Shield. Heading to Southlake!
