The UPS Store

1 Star is too high! Please look for another UPS Store in the area this one is a complete joke. I call and asked if I could have 3 packages shipped to the store for a work event in the area Jason the manager said no problem. All I would have to do is pay a small per package for a handling fee. I agreed and shipped 3 packages to the store. They then refused and returned one package back to the store in Ohio that I shipped from and then the next day when the other two packages arrived they refused them and sent them back to the nearest processing center to be held. The best part is they never called and let me know that they did any of this, I only found out from the when the one package was sent back to me in Ohio. When asked why they refused the packages after they said they would accept them they said they had a policy change within 12 hours of agreeing to accept the packages… I then asked why they did not call me to tell me about the packages and they said they did not need to. WHAT A JOKE!!! Please use any other UPS Store.

Can’t give it 5 stars bc I didn’t need a special service. Notary for one page and kinda on the expensive side $ 4. In Illinois it had been $ 1 – 2 maybe. Good customer service and pretty empty. Overall I’ll use it again. Pretty close and nice to have in the area.

Super friendly staff. I have my favorites, one of them moved to Hawaii… but still… great staff!!!
I’ve never had a package undelivered, or damaged, arrive late or any problems.
Between my ebay business and my friends and family that live outta town thinkin i should send them something, I spend HUNDREDS of dollars at UPS a year… I love that this place is so easy to do business with
i’ll probably jinx myself for saying this, but it seems like when I go in there is maybe one person in front of me and by the time I leave there are 5 people behind me. HAHAHA… so I know business is brisk.
Part of the CampCreek Marketplace… sits in the section with Barnes and Noble and Staples.
