So rude so rude so rude. I travel to locations outside of my community before going here. We don’t know how to treat each other. Let it close for all I care. Instead of finding solutions they try to run you out the door with the same problem you came in with.

The lady below said she had an unpleasant experience at this AT&T. I am sorry she must not meet the right person. Zahra is the best ever customer representative I’ve ever met in all the AT&T stores in Metro Atlanta. She is so sweet and helpful, making me feel I am a valued customer. She tried every effort she can to meet a customer’s needs, and always responded promptly if I had any additional questions. I must say she is the gem of the store. If every customer representative at AT&T stores is harding-working and professional as she is, the company will be unbeatable.

I went to this location yesterday with my sister to add a line to my account for her. I initially walked in with a great spirit and in a good mood, but I must say after dealing with the staff and the service my whole demeanor changed by the time I left. We were at this store for 2 hours only to accomplish NOTHING!!! At first I was told that my account was at the limit for the amount of lines I could have on my account. Well I have a business account and was told I didn’t have a limit, so the rep said ok «let’s look at some phones», so we spent about 45 mintues listening to him critique the different phones and their capabilities. We decided on the HTC focus and went back to the counter, he pulled up my account again and said«sorry it won’t let me add the line». I must have given him a look that could kill because he apologized and asked to be excused to talk to his manager. He came back and said my plan wasn’t enough for an additional line, so I asked if I just needed to add more minutes and he said NO that the rules and policy changed and its just not allowed now. He checked on a few more things and said he found a solution and could add the line, so we spent another 30 to 45 mintues waiting for him to figure out his NEWFOUND solution! He walked back over to me and said“Sorry I couldn’t add it, you need to change your plan to add more minutes”(now at this point I“M PISSED, because I said didn’t I just ask this IDIOT this question 45 minutes ago!!!) We just left the store because I was on the verge of shoving the HTC up his you know what!
