Three Amigos

Came to this place to pick up lunch for a few co workers … OMG what a great place!
The staff were very welcoming and nice! I loved the music playing in the background and it smelled amazing as soon as you walk in. It was very clean as well.
The food was fantastic! I ordered a salad and everyone else got burritos! the portions were huge and everything was seasoned great. Nothing too salty or bland. Did I mention the sauces :)
Def coming back!

Loved tonight’s meal. Had the grilled chicken fajita’s. The were really good. The guac was real chunky and tasty, can tell it was fresh. Hubs had the beef taco’s and the shells were not soggy for take out. Will be our go to for local Mexican.

My 14 year old daughter and I went here after lacrosse practice. We loved it!!! Soooo good!!! Authentic Mexican. I had the medium salsa with chips, delicious and there is a salsa bar, the green salsa was incredible. Then I had fish tacos, again, incredible and my daughter had beef soft tacos. She loved hers too! We recommend this place and can’t wait to go back.

Great Burritos. Very Clean. Best Mexican Food around. Burritos are Huge!!! Nacho’s are aso really good. I usually cal ahead to order takeout. Can be a long wait if you order at the counter.

This place is AWESOME!!! The employees are super super nice and friendly. Most importantly the food is SUPER fresh and tastes amazing and you have a ton of choices. I won’t go anywhere else for Mexican food. Chicken and rice is amazing. Everything we have ever ordered from here has been tremendous.
A true diamond in the rough…

Absolute morons. They left out two orders, screwed up another, and one of the quesdillas had barely any chicken. On top of that we spent nearly $ 100 and they did not even give us one salsa chip, which is complimentary. It was a disaster. There is no way I would ever go back.

This is a go to lunch spot for me. I usually get the grilled chicken supreme burrito and then mix it up with a taco. They’re doing burrito bowls now too if you don’t want the tortilla. It’s consistently good, reasonable prices, and you’ll be satisfied when you leave.
Any burrito/​taco comes with tortilla chips and they have a salsa bar with 4 or 5 different kind of salsas to try. My favorite are the Ranchero and the tropical salsas.
I’ve gotten nachos, quesadillas, and even salad from here and never been disappointed.

Literally come here all the time. Truly is americanized mexican food but we love it. I almost always get a steak quesadilla. A bit on the greasy side so beware but its my favorite!

This place always has awesome food. I typically get the chicken fajita nachos. They are simply delicious. The nachos are not soggy, the take out package is a cool pizza box and they are filling. Today I had the macho nachos and they were just as delicious. I have been going there for years and they are always great!

I love this place and often order take out. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the orders are ready very quickly. My favorites are the taco salad and the burrito bowl. They make a great ranch dressing as well. Occasionally the ingredients change (sometimes the burrito bowl comes with sour cream sometimes it doesn’t) but it’s always delicious. Try this place out — you won’t be sorry.

By far one of the best Mexican restaurants I have been to! Service is quick, food is amazing and the employees are friendly.

Always fresh. Always friendly! one night I arrived a little late while they were mopping the floor they open the door for me and still let me get something to eat. I’ve been to every Tex Mex place in the area and three amigos wins hands down every time!

2015. I’ve moved on from Unilocal but not three amigos. The food here maintains the quality and is a destination place for me! Awesome spot and they added tropical pepper companies ghost pepper naga joyous hot sauce to the selections!

My girlfriend and I stopped by three amigos for a quick and cheap dinner. I was lured in by the good reviews they received but sadly was disappointed. I ordered the steak fajitas and my gf order the chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla was soggy and there wasn’t a great suace.
The place looks like a typical take out restaurant. So if you’re looking for a sit down restaurant, keep in mind there is no table service.

They made me a rockin fish burrito– it’s not on the menu, but one of the guys makes it at their other location, so he made it for me. The food is very fresh, chips on the side are meh but not as important.

This restaurant caught my eye because of reading about their awesome menu. It is very appealing and seems to have something to please everyone!
After ordering some burritos and appetizers here with my friends, I am pretty sure we will not be returning. First of all… the girl behind the counter… young, and snoody type. She needed an attitude adjustment. And really enjoyed displaying how much she did not want to be there.
The main problem was our burritos were so dry, and completely lacked flavor. I got a BBQ burrito and I can not even tell you what mine tasted like. It was very bland and basically was stuffed with rice, and nothing else. My friend felt the same about her burrito.
We did order jalepeno poppers, which were good, and kind of made up for the bad burrito for 5 minutes.

Three Amigos is the bomb. It’s right by my home so I go there all the time. Everything is fresh and delicious. The service is good, quick, and it’s inexpensive. I especially like the platter tacos, nachos, acapulco salad, and just about everything else i’ve had there. Their tropical salso is soooooo good and my gf loves their salsa verde. I just wish they had fish tacos! They have shrimp but I’m not really into that. I’m getting hungry just thinking about this place. They also have a nice variety of Jarritos if you like Mexican Soda.

Huntington was known for having a popular no frills take out/​self serve tex mex place right on New York Ave, (Tortilla Grill) a few stores over from Vincents etc. It was there for years and the go to place over the other two that were also around town. When people tried their steak fajitas or burritos there was no comparison. Little things made just right made a difference, like the right pico de gallo sauce, perfect yellow rice, super grilled, not over flavored peppers, onions and steak fajitas etc.
One day the owners had seperated and or it appears briefly sold it, and then it was closed.
We followed one of the long standing mexican cooks to Gold Mine in Greenlawn.
Today I tried Three Amigo’s after learning two more of their cooks and likely some of the recipes went here.
Three Amigo’s chicken stew wrap with guacomole, was better than the original place with a few odd but good spices. The steak wrap was not nearly as good, few places are, but Gold Mine is.
The people are friendly, the food is good. there are some things that bring me back to an old favorite, but Gold Mine is still closer when it comes to steak wrap/​small fajitas etc. Also haven’t tried their burrito’s but will get to it :)
