Domino’s Pizza

I ordered a medium chicken and bacon pizza online on a Wed night. When it arrived I went to go pay but while receiving it, the pizza fell on to the pavement. The guy apologized and told me he would go get another one in 30 mins. I waited over an hour, I called the store and was told that it was my fault. I just couldn’t believe it, I paid $ 13 for it.

So far I have no problem ordering from this place… Too bad they aren’t partner anymore with Shoprunner, save me $ 2.50 for delivery fee that i can use it for tip

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I walk in on 7÷31÷2015 at 4:57 pm with my 5 year old son and ordered a large pizza haft cheese haft pepperoni the cheese for my son and the pepperoni for me I waited 30min and not even a word not to mention there is no AC and is like 96 degrees and my sons all over the place and throwing himself on the floor because it’s so hot, I ask someone for my pizza and there like there still working on it so I say ok, I am a very passive person I also work in customer service so I know things then to happen that are out of anyone’s control so I waited another 10 minutes and one of the divers that do the To Go orders still see me there and ask, wow U still here? and then go’s to check on what happen the one and only nice person in this place and comes back and tell me that the kitchen mess up and maid the pizza all pepperoni and it’s going to be like 5 more mins so I say ok no problem thank you so I wait like 10 more mins and they give me the pizza, and I ask is this the ½ cheese and ½ pepperoni? she said yes ok, so I say thank you and walk away I walk like 6 mins I decided to doublecheck the pizza and what I found was the first pizza that they mess up that was all Pepperoni so I walk back and now we going on 1 hour and 3 mins just for 1 large pizza now I’m frustrated I ask what happen and the a guys at the window doesn’t even know what’s going on I’m still nice, I know it’s not is fault, he like well it’s going to take like 10 to 15 more mins so we can make u another one, now I’m like for REAL so them I’m going to keep this pizza as well he’s like u can’t do that let me speak to my manager so I’m like great there’s been a manager there The whole time never say her face and now she come like ops sorry we just found it, it’s ready here u go I’m like ok so now I have a cold pizza that’s been sitting there for like 25 mins and not even says sorry or not even try’s to make me happy after wasting almost 1 hour and ½ of my day roasting myself in this pizzaria that I will never ever enter again all she had to do to make me feel a little Last bad of all this and not like I just wasted my time in this place, she should have gave me the other pizza that I know they were going to throw it out anyway or a discount on the pizza that I had ordered for my time and my bad experience and the ice Cold pizza they gave me, that’s if she even cares about customers, and if they come back, she is the worst manager ever and should be Demoted to just take out I will tell all my friends and as many people I know not to go to this pizzaria

Went to this place and waited 10 mins in the hot waiting area for nothing. No one in the waiting area and 6 workers behind the glass. No one ask to help me. So I went to get chinese food. If they don’t want to serve walk ins please put a sign up. Very poor representation of Domino’s pizza.

Disgusting nasty hair embedded in crust. manager I a joke. Took three hours to get cold pizza. I am surprised the health dept doesn’t close them down.

Placed an order for 2 Medium pizzas and Cinnastix. TWO HOURS LATER and my order still not here. According to the online tracker it took almost 40 minutes for the «Quality Check» portion of the order and then also 40 minutes since the delivery driver left with my order. Said they tried calling about the order and nobody answered. Horrible service.

Fuck this place. I ordered pizza on two occasions and cheesy bread got pieces of meat on my veggie pizza and cheesy bread.

They have gluten free pizza crust now. My tummy is happy!!! Best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. Honestly you can’t top it. It’s awesome

If I could not gave them any stars I would. I ordered pizza for super bowl Sunday and I completely understand the waiting time.
Apparently some other clients walked in and cancelled their order and they (the store) cancelled my order accidentally. Worst part is that they didn’t even call me to tell me my order was cancelled. I had to call the store to see why the order was returned on my credit card transactions. All they did was apologize and not offer anything complimentary for mistakenly canceling the wrong order.
The manager Saman and whoever the heck Lourdes is we’re not professional at all. They even hung up the phone and when I called they said «lost connection» yet didn’t call back.

My go to spot for pizza. The trackers on point and they always get the order right. love that they are so fast to deliver also

I order from here from time to time… But usually i order with ample time in hand, so never had the problem with late delivery. The food is ok, as with any other chain restaurant. Its like in any place, give small amounts of money and expect nothing extra ordinary in return. This is what I do and thus no dissatisfaction.

I have to say I’m surprised at all the negative reviews. I’ve ordered from them 3 times, and all times they have arrived pretty much exactly when they said they would. The online ordering is easy and they delivery guys have always been pleasant.
Now, the food? Well, it’s not New York pizza. Crust, sauce and cheese are all pretty mediocre. Still, this part of JH has pretty lousy pizza, so if Domino’s can actually manage to get it to my door on time, it’s a plus.

When I was in college, Domino’s had their «pizza in 30 minutes» promotion, which I thought was awesome. They always got to my dorm within 30 minutes.
Flash foward to now, my boyfriend ordered from this Domino’s a couple of days ago. Usually, it takes, at most, 45 minutes for the pizza to get to our apartment (which doesn’t make much sense since we live about 4 blocks away). That night, it took 1 hour and 45 minutes for the pizza to get to our door. We were beyond hungry and angry — hangry.
The driver/​deliverer claimed that it was his first night working and it was busy. I didn’t want to tip him because I didn’t feel he was being honest, but my boyfriend gave him $ 2. I wanted to tell him that even a Chinese restaurant can deliver food (which is more complicated to make than a pizza, by the way) within 30 – 45 minutes. And why would they even hire some guy who doesn’t know the neighborhood well?
If I could give no stars, I would. I am never ordering from this Domino’s again. I’d much rather stick to Papa John’s.

I called and they claimed they tried to call and deliver but nobody responded.

I was brought up with dominos every Friday. So every now and then I need my dominos FIX. I’ve ordered from this dominos plenty of times and I’ve noticed that on its busiest days (sport events/​weather conditions) they seem to not get anyone’s order right and they don’t know their specials over the phone. I recently started ordering through their website and I love it. No room for error. Your able to create your own profile and it saves your order history. You can then track your order and they give you an accurate time of delivery. No bs 30 minutes. If they are gonna take 45– 1hr it’ll let u kno. The coupons are always up to date and they always seem to have this 50% off anything on the menu for online orders only! You’ll usually find out of this special through email.

The wait is outrageously long but I’m assuming you’re ordering from Dominos because a real pizza place is closed. If you’re patient, then this place won’t be a problem. But if you’re expecting a 30-​mins-​or-​less type thing, guess again.

I’ve never being to this location, but the online ordering directed me to this one. I have to the say the wait time ridiculous! I waited for 1 ½ hours last time, and today 1 hour and 18 minutes. The food was standard, no complaint.

This Domino’s was fine. The pizza tracker app works just fine too.
We thought we’d save a little time and take advantage of the pick up specials.
They seemed to take a little longer than usual, but nothing major to complain about.
When they deliver there hasn’t been a problem either.
ALLERGEN INFO:
The regular and pan crust has egg according to their pamphlets, but my son hasn’t had a problem with it… the reason we gave it to him? We didn’t know it had egg in it. We won’t be getting the regular style again just to make sure, but at least the thin crust does not have egg in it. Although the thin crust isn’t as tasty or filling as the regular.

This is the worst place in the whole pizzeria I order on Sunday 2 pies 1 soda and chicken wings and I never get the order I call to see what’s happens and the workers were playing around and making fun of me I totally not recommend it to order from here they need a more Profesional people working there

I would give them no stars if I could. They never get the order right, they take FOREVER to deliver it (really, one and a half hours when the estimate is 25 – 45 minutes) and if you don’t open the door in five seconds they drive away. The food isn’t that great, it’s usually over or under cooked, and management is non existent. I wish I could get a different dominos to deliver, but for $ 2 in delivery charge I’d rather drive to a different store and pick it up.
