I took my mother here for Mother’s Day & it was one of the best day ever, from the unlimited breadsticks to the salads and free appetizer. There was nothing on earth that can top that and including our entrée meal. For only $ 60 that’s not bad at all.

I was in there Saturday night only had to wait 25 minutes. It was super busy obviously day before Mother’s Day in the mean time took a little while for a waitress to come over and greet us and get our drink order but other then that appetizer came out fast and hot food was great she was a good waitress knew how to do her job I think her name was Britney definitely enjoyed the food and service !! Will be going back

Went to the Olive Garden Route 18 the food was quite terrible! Runny ravioli and bland dishes. The salad and bread sticks are always good! But who wants to spend the night eating salad and bread sticks? The service is always good and the server do their best to pass this mediocre food off as «Italian food». This used to be decent place to go Friday with your family for pasta night not anymore! No longer will I give this failing franchise anymore of my hard earned money!

It’s my favorite Italian restaurant. Great bread sticks and salad. Minestrone soup is delicious. You get full before you get your main course. Love 3 cheese ziti. Great and friendly staff. Always ready to help. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.

Good food, price reasonable, service great. Would like to get there more often. Was there about 2 weeks ago, love the never ending salad, stuck on the spaghetti and meatballs

I have always enjoyed Olive Garden, but if this were my first experience at this location, I doubt I’d ever be back. The server I had was not the friendliest and I felt as though I was inconveniencing her if I asked for something. I’d rather not mention her name. I only like to mention names if it was something positive. The food was the only thing good about this visit. It came out in good time, was presented well and tasted delicious. I got the lunch duo. the salad and breadsticks were obviously delicious as always and the Chicken Parmesan was very tasteful as well. As a server in a previous restaurant, I was shocked that it took 13 minutes to get a refill. She had brought my entrée over and asked if there was anything else I needed. I had asked for a refill when she got a chance. She then left and brought something out to her other table in the same section. She came back to her other tables(right across from me.) three times and never even glanced my way or brought my refill. I would usually think that she was simply busy and forgot, but when she went to her other tables three times and never even looked my way, this was very disappointing. Finally, she came over and asked if there was anything I needed so I mentioned the refill again. She then came back with it a few minutes later. In addition to my previous comment, she never asked if I wanted cheese on my salad as the other server had asked her tables. As I had put all of my dishes together to make it easier for her to take them away, she never asked if I wanted my salad wrapped to go. I was in a section of five tables clustered together and there were 6 other tables sat while I was dining… Each and every one of them were asked if they wanted their salad wrapped. Overall, I’d probably rate this at 2.5 stars, but we’re not given the option for half stars. I’m glad this was not my first visit, otherwise I don’t know if I would be back. I came in expecting to be able to make someone’s holiday a little bit better by leaving a generous tip, but I ended up sticking to the usual 20%. Better luck next time OG.

Breadsticks are amazing and pasta is pretty good but Mac and cheese is gross and it made my sister throw up but it has a real Italian feel to me

My fiancé and I came here last night for my birthday dinner and had a good experience. We come here maybe once or twice a year and love the food. We fill up on salad and breadsticks and end up taking home half our entrée for lunch the next day! Our waiter, Tyler, was excellent. He was on top of everything, quick, and always made sure we were ok and if we needed anything else. Love waiters and waitresses who are like this! Friendly and polite :) These are the types of people I tip the best for! Give him some credit if a manager reads this

The hostess I walked in and was quickly asked, «how many?» I replied and followed with«how long is the wait?» Another employee comes over, holds up a finger to me and says«2 minutes just 2 minutes.» I’m not sure if she was telling me how the long the wait was or if she needed two minutes with the employee. But I do know that’s not how you talk to customers. But I let this go without a word — I had a hungry family that was eager to eat and get home. The waitress She was okay at her job. She took orders well even without writing them down and she also checked up on us occasionally. However, she had a poor attitude and impatience with our orders. As if she was rushing us to choose. The food It was good! But nowhere near what it used to be. My family and I moved away from this specific Olive Garden a couple years back, and from what I can remember the food was something to die for! Not to mention the unlimited salad and soup meal add-on. Which I think they got rid of? I can’t be sure because our waitress didn’t have the patience to explain what was going on with that. The stars 2 stars because the food was good, it wasn’t what it used to be, but it was still pretty good! And that’s about it really… Overall, I hope this review grabs not only those looking for Italian food attentions, but Olive Gardens as well. They need to know they are letting the customers down with the serious drop in quality. Thanks!

Just came here for a catch up dinner with a high school friend. Service here is always pretty good — the only time I’ve had a bad waiter/waitress was when I was way under 10 years old, and some woman didn’t want to let my parents share their salad with me and my sister and refused us extra plates. They made some changes here — I haven’t gone here in a few months — and see that every table is now equipped with some kind of computer type thing that allows you to order desserts, wines, and appetizers electronically, as well as pay your bill/tip. It’s easy to do, but maybe a little confusing if yo go too fast or aren’t used to it. I imagine some of the older folks might prefer doing all of that business with their server, but this is good for efficiency. It’s unique and I wonder why they decided to do this — maybe lines and food were getting majorly backed up? Our waitress, I think Tamra, was a super bubbly loud, friendly woman originally from Arizona. She gave me suggestions when I wanted to order too much food(she didn’t try to oversell my anything), and always came to check on us, letting us know if she was going to be delayed, or where she was going before bring our order. Extremely attentive and communicative. Food is always the same — overly cheesy, creamy, and saucy, basic Iceberg lettuce. You don’t really taste much of anything else, but that’s just Italian chain food. You don’t typically taste the freshness or simpleness of actual ingredients. Breadsticks are always good — fluffy and warm, light dusting of salt/butter. Can get busy depending when you go – oddly enough we came on a Saturday at 6pm and had no wait/line, got a table right away. Maybe it’s summertime and people are away traveling or at the beach. Bathrooms are really nice and clean! Comforting dim lighting, several stalls. In the waiting area there are also some cute benches and chairs to sit on and wait. Parking lot is big, so you can always find a space somewhere!

I’ve been to Olive Garden many times and always liked it. Until the last two times I went. The breadsticks were way too salty, and the food tasted like it just came out of the freezer and was nuked. I hate to say, it really kinda sucked!

The food is not bad but it’s the Olive Garden not French Laundry so keep your expectations in check … the hostesses can be quite rude and consider yourself lucky if you get a decent server …

I would like to thank the people of Olive Garden for the awesome experience I just had. The waitress who waited on us gave me all the gluten free options on the menu, personally recommended stuff to us, and she was a total sweet heart with answering all my crazy questions. Thank you SOMUCH to the awesome staff for this great experience! I am leaving a happy, full, satisfied customer!

— Food is ok. Nothing I ever crave for. Just ok. — I only go here b/c it’s close to where I live & again, it’s good enough food with good enough prices. If this restaurant happened to be out of my way, let’s just say I wouldn’t drive the distance or miss it. — Waiters are ok. You might get lucky, one time I had this server that was so polite & on point, seemed like he went to Princeton for serving! Then again, I have had a few bad waiters. But most often, service is decent. — Love the atmosphere. Decorations are photographs give a real Italian feel. — Overall, not bad, not great. Safe to go there if you’re hungry though.

Let’s go! This has been my family’s go to place for birthdays and celebrations since I was a kid. We love it here. Very rarely have we experienced poor service and are never surprised by the long line of people excited to eat here DISCLAIMER: it’s a chain. Ok? It’s a chain, people. Let’s remember that. Not an authentically owned Italian mom and pop restaurant. But for a chain… It’s pretty damn good! I mean just as far as the value you goes, if you order any of the entrees, you get unlimited salad and breadsticks. … Come on. That’s just too awesome. Especially when the salad gets you hooked like a drug and the bread sticks are fresh. Really good deal if you go in for lunch. You can get unlimited soup and salad. Real good deal and fills you up for sure. Id recommend visiting an Olive Garden if you haven’t already, specifically this one if you get the chance.

Every time I come here the food is just alright. The food usually comes out warm, not hot. I do not like the fact that this food is not fresh. Basically it is microwaved and already pre-cooked. The staff is very attentive and friendly and if you tell them that you are on lunch, they will make sure your food is out pronto! The prices are reasonable I just wish the food was presented better. Also I have to note that the breadsticks don’t even taste good anymore nor does the kid mac and cheese. Somewhere along those lines a recipe or two has been changed.

One of my favorite chain restaurant — pretty homie and it’s Italian so you can’t go wrong with it. Good breadstick, salad and soup, so just that can get you pretty full already. Recommend the berry Bianco spritzer! And it’s only 130 calories when I googled the drink lol. I got the tilapia/shrimp dish that was alright. But I recommend what my friend ordered — braised beef tortellini — the sauce was very good! The waitress was very nice and gave us individual checks — haven’t gotten that in a while…

I really love the soup and salad here. I know I shouldn’t and yes I do feel dirty and a little sick when I leave but I can not help but come back for more. And those bread sticks… those diabetic shock treats I love so much. Gaughhhhhh… Most of the wines taste like grape juice and formaldehyde but I have never gone blind and a little ice goes a long way. All said the three stars is because I can not stay away. Darn you Olive Garden! Darn you to heck!
