One star because there are no zero stars left. I was on the drive thru line and I noticed the car in front of me received my order by mistake and I saw them pass my order back to the employee. I know orders can be mixed up, but is it is unsanitary and disgusting for a paying customer to receive an order where someone else touched up your food with potential dirty hands. When I drove up to the window, I asked the employee if the car ahead of me gave my order back and she said no. I asked the employee again and she said «no… Ok. I will make a new order.» I told her that it is disgusting and there are sanitary rules against what she did. Customers: keep an eye out if the car in front of you gives an order back because this may be your order that other customers touched. #potential health department

Staff needs to be retrained on food handling NJ rules.

The people who work here (aside from the early morning weekday crew) constantly make mistakes. Very bad, very slow service. I will not be returning.

Terrible experience. Guy working looked miserable and wouldn’t take his eyes off the tv and his phone for more than a second and screwed my friends order up four times after asking her numerous times what she wanted. She ended up with a completely incorrect order and an unapologetic employee working there. I think he was a manager.

Another decent Dunkin Donuts location. The service isn’t over the top speedy, but not entirely lacking either. I rarely stop here, but today it was on my way. I have been here several other times for the Baskin Robbins side. They sometimes have a coconut ice cream that is delicious!
Back to DD. The bagel I had was fresh as well as the coffee. I prefer their coffee served hot, rather than cold, but I can’t say I have ever had an incident with any location serving bad coffee.
Place is always in order, the bathroom is neat, tables are clean and it’s a good choice if you can’t wait a few more minutes to hit the other DD on the same side of 18. This location is bigger, but the location down the road is a bit more efficient.

I recall Dunkin’ Donuts being much better back in my college days. Today, it’s just fine in a pinch. I prefer the iced coffee over hot. And other than munchkins, I’m not a fan of their food — even in a pinch.
This is one of their more efficient locations if you’re on the run.
