Dunkin’ Donuts

Dunkin Donuts is my go to place when I do not want to eat breakfast at home (which is most days). This Dunkin location is generally fast and keeps up with the orders correctly. One exception is the coffee. Sometimes they do not get it right. Maybe out of 5 days they get 2 orders of the coffee wrong. This is why they are getting 3 stars. Otherwise, it’s a consistent place to grab a quick bite to eat.

Friendly and fast service. The past few times that I have ordered a bagel toasted, the bagel tastes as if something was burning in the toaster.

I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews. When it comes to coffee not all Dunkin’s are created equal, & the coffee here is fabulous. Staff is friendly, men’s room is spotless. I’ve been coming here for several years & once they gave us the wrong blend, for which they apologized profusely. Another time, I left home without my money, which I didn’t realize until I got my order, & they refused to take the coffee back, & simply said to pay the next time The folks with the negative experiences should have brought it to the attention of management.

honestly this is the worst Dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to. I only come here because it’s the closest location to my job. they clearly find sugar expensive because every time I ask for my coffee extra light and sweet I taste absolutely no sugar. this is the only Dunkin donuts I have this experience with. I just had to drive back from work for it to be fixed and asked for an iced coffee instead and they really charged me extra. safe to say I’ll never return to this location

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Ordered 2 iced caramel coffees L&S. Took a sip, my mouth was filled with sugar. If I’m going to pay $ 3 something for a coffee the least they could do is stir it. The men behind the drive thru were rude and when asked to make a new one the older man purposely filled the cup with all ice and dumped a ton of sugar in. Never again will I give them money. I’ll stick with Starbucks which might be more expensive but you get what you pay for!

Good place to relax and chill

Always great coffee! Can’t survive the morning without my first cup of coffee! I’ve had other locations that have not had as good service but love this location.

This Dunkin Donuts is on POINT! Never had any complaints and I’m very picky. I always order a breakfast sandwich or a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee/​Dunchaccino. The food is made in a timely fashion and comes out good. Coffee is a good temperature and their donuts are always fresh and delicious. Their facility is clean and its a roomy place. Go get that coffee!

There’s always people sleeping in here late night and it gives it a cracked out feel.
I don’t know when the donuts are fresh but I never get one that is.
What happen to «Time to make the Donuts»?

This is a DD that gets it right. The staff is always friendly and your order is always correct. The store itself isn’t the biggest I’ve been to, but not the smallest either. There usually seems to be a decent amount of traffic in and out, but I don’t recall there every being any issues with getting everyone their orders and paid up, in a timely manner.
Never had any issues with the coffee or product being stale.
Location is tidy inside and the parking lot isn’t a zoo, like the location further down on 18!
A nice pit stop before getting on the NJ Turnpike!

I love this location. Coffee is always prepared fresh and the way I like it. Staff is very friendly. It’s a cool place to hang out with your friends to catch up, or even get some studying done. It does get very hectic in the mornings on the weekend I must warn you but for good coffee and fresh bagels, it’s worth it!

I am talking about the Dunkin donuts inside shoprite.
I always receive great service. fast and
drive through but that’s ok because I prefer face to face service.
It is worth the walk inside.
Its my choice Dunkin donuts if I have an option and am in that area.

I always come here for my grilled cheese. Either breakfast, lunch or dinner. Yea, I’m weird. I eat grilled cheese all the time.
The ice tea tastes pretty damm good too. Sometimes it tastes like coffee, but most of the time they get it right.
Sammy is always nice too, Ive been coming here forever.

This location always seems to be a nightmare! Every time I go here I seem to get burnt coffee. I really don’t understand how hard it is to make a simple pot of coffee. Is it the water? Different filters? Old coffee? I honestly have no idea but it tastes god awful every time. Please do yourself a favor and go up the street, park and get a cup of joe from the other one on 18 south. It will be worth the extra minute I promise.

There is a man that works at the drive-​thru, probably the rudest man I’ve met. The other employees are sweet, but they need a step or something to stand on so you don’t have to climb out of your car to grab your coffee. I come here when i’m in a rush, otherwise, I go to either in Sayreville. There is also A TON of traffic from people cutting across the parking lot to get to Rt. 18 in the morning, really inconvenient to those just going through the drive-​thru.

Very Good Staff! Got my Dark Chocolate Mocha Coffee here, and the dude make it with a smile. Plus they sell cookies here too. We bought a chocolate chip cookie just for kicks. A plus was a nice clean bathroom! Especially since it was freezing outside and I had to do a #1.
Would go back here again when Im around the area. Oh they have good music here as well as television set. Wifi is free as well.

been here a few times and it’s always the same result. ok DD food/​drinks, terrible service. the employees and managers are just always in a bad mood there or hate working there. tiny and cramped parking lot, which is not a good idea considering you can easily get hit by cars coming in off rt 18 going 50+ mph. with at least two other DD’s in East Brunswick and many others nearby, try to avoid this one

Service is always fast and they make the best coffee everytime!

This is your standard Dunkin’ Donuts, one of three in a small radius of this part of Route 18. There’s a good deal of parking in the lot, but be careful; seems someone is always driving the wrong way down the aisle or zipping in and out of the lot without much care.
The store is a nice size with a lot of seating available. I noticed the music was rather loud for a shop this size.
Other than the aforementioned, it’s an outlet for great coffee & baked goods.

There’s so much to like at this Dunkin Donuts (and I don’t even drink coffee). I only go here for the wifey’s caffeine addiction.
Let’s talk about it one by one:
Location — Right on Rt. 18, easily accessible.
Music — Yeah, they play popular music (not classical or weird music) inside this DD.
TV — They show cable TV here; the few times that I went inside, they were showing CNN or some other news program, but I’m sure if a customer requested another channel, it’d be OK.
Free WiFi — Free wifi is always good! Everytime I’ve passed here, there’s always at least one student with a laptop studying while drinking their coffee.
ATM machine — In case you spent your last dollar here already, they provide access to steal more of your money.
Drive thru window/​24 hours — Since I don’t usually drink coffee, I hate the hassle of going inside to order. Plus, some DD’s aren’t open ²⁴⁄₇; luckily this store is open all day, everyday, and the Drive Thru is open 24hrs also.
The employees are always on point with my order, which is usually a medium decaf coffee, cream and sugar, with hazelnut AND toasted almond flavors. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times this simple order gets messed up at other DD’s.
For some reason, the wifey swears that the coffee and donuts here taste better than at other places. She makes it sound like the coffee beans were hand-​delivered to the DD doorstep by Juan Valdez himself! lol.
If you’ve never tried it before, do yourselves a favor and try the BLUEBERRY CAKE donut (my personal fav). Also, the chocolate glazed donut is so chocolatey delicious, it would make WILLY WONKA pitch a tent!
