I just had roadside assistance replace my battery. The driver was # 5999 who said he was actually out of the Hamilton Office but I was unable to find that office listed here so if you could maybe direct me to where I can leave a review or pass this one along it would be great! This guy got here super fast and was so helpful, informative, professional etc. etc. that there aren’t enough words to describe how good a job he did or enough to describe how happy I am with his service! My car starts right up now no problem !! Thank you so much!

Not ever going back! Came in for a simple oil change and was told I needed over $ 2000 in necessary repairs according to their 40 point safety check. Not believing them I went to the car dealer I normally deal with, they inspected the car themselves and I was told that none of these repairs were necessary at this time. This is not the first time they recommended unnecessary services, usually they try to get you for a break flush with EACH oil change. I’m done!

Excellent service. They told me about possible safety issues and prevented me from breaking down. I would definitely go back any time I need work done on my car.

No one likes breaking down, and it happened at the worst possible time (on a holiday weekend) but things really didn’t get much better here after breaking down.
I want to say that this really isn’t the fault of the employees that I spoke to, who did their best to be helpful (thus 2 stars instead of 1), but they really got hamstrung by their regulations. I was an hour away from home when I broke down and though they were closed for the night I didn’t have place local that I knew.
The next morning, they were too backlogged to even look at my car. When I asked about getting the car moved to another shop, I learned that regulations prohibited moving it until they had three days to try to get to it. They also had no suggestions or ways that I could return home, or find a way to return to the shop once they were done, which shocked me for a travel agency.
It took two days for them to run the diagnostic to figure out what was wrong, and it was another three days after that until they seriously started on the work and realized that it would require parts that their regulations wouldn’t allow them to acquire for a decade old car. At that point, they wound up towing me to another shop for *sigh* only a nominal fee. Little would have thrilled me, but man did things not get much better.

Brought in my Chevy Malibu for Air Conditioner repair right before close of business on a Monday night. Did not receive a call on Tuesday about an estimate for repairs. Called at 5PM, was told they were very backed up and had not had a chance to look at the car yet, but it would be the first car serviced Wednesday morning. Did not receive a call on Wednesday about an estimate for repairs. Called Wednesday at 5PM, was told AGAIN they were very backed up and had not had a chance to look at the car. I asked for a manager and was told no one was available until the morning. I am picking my car up and having it serviced elsewhere. Waiting for repairs or parts is one thing, but not even LOOKING at the car for two full days, AND not calling to explain or apologize for the delay? I am a AAA Plus member, but I am really disappointed with this service.
EDIT: After seeing this review, I was contacted by the manager. He apologized profusely and asked us to please give them another chance to fix our car, and gave us a discount After bringing it in again for two days, they figured out what was wrong and what part needed to be ordered. I made an appointment to bring the car back after the part arrived. We called the night before to confirm they had received the part. We dropped the car off at night, so it was at the facility for two full business days. On the third day, I called at noon to inquire about the car. I was told it would definitely be done that day. At 6pm we received a call that the car was NOT done yet, and would be ready the following day. This was really an inconvenience, and I wish they had called early in the day to tell us that it would not be ready, not at the last possible hour before we expected to come pick it up.
While we appreciated that the manager called us and tried to fix the situation, in the end the car was there three days without being touched, another two to be diagnosed, and another 3 ½ to be fixed. If you know exactly what is wrong with the car, you have the part in stock, AND we made an appointment to drop it off two weeks in advance, I don’t see why it still took 3 ½ business days (full day weekdays, not shortened weekend hours) to fix the car.
I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars — Not having access to my car for almost 9 days is a huge inconvenience, The A/​C is working wonderfully now, and the manager was very polite, so we would probably give this business another chance in the future, but honest and prompt communication about wait times needs to become a priority to this business.
