Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse

I do not know why it took me so long to review this fabulous Clubhouse! We flew Virgin Atlantic from Boston to London (Upper Class) back in the summer of 2013. We were the first to check into this lounge and all I can say is WOW! The gentleman that checked us in at the desk was super friendly and gave us passes to the Revivals lounge to use when we arrived in London. This lounge is super modern and chic! They have all kinds of seating, magazines, newspapers, free WIFI, TV’s and best of all, amazing food and drinks. The gentleman behind the deli counter inside came over to us and asked us what we wanted to eat. We gave him some ideas and let him choose what to bring us. He brought over delicious Panini’s he made from scratch, as well as delicious clam chowder soup and champagne. There are fridge’s in the lounge and you can choose what you want from them at anytime. We then got Godiva cheesecake for dessert and it was delicious! We hope to fly out of Boston again on Virgin Atlantic because this was my favorite lounge ever! Just an FYI, the lounge only opens 2 – 3 hours before the flight leaves, so make sure to call before to check the time. We were there right when the ticket counter opened, so we checked in then headed to the lounge right after that. Also, I highly recommend getting there right when it opens because it did fill up later and at that time, Icelandair shared the lounge, so there was no room to sit for people coming in later that evening before the flight.

One of the nicer lounges I have seen in a long time. Great meals prepared to your taste. Fine liquors and wines available for you to pour. Super friendly staff and nice décor make for an overall pleasant and relaxing way to start your trip.
