This United Club sucks… No cocktails, just beer and wine. And they won’t let you bring in outside food. The other clubs will. Not sure if Terminal C is any better, but you better eat outside cause the very rude staff won’t let it in here.

Who wouldn’t have fun in a clean, quiet lounge that serves free snacks and free cocktails? With plenty of soft seating and outlets, this is certainly the best hang out spot at any airport before you have to take off. When checking in at the front desk a woman greeted me and took down my flight information so she could page me to let me know when it was time to walk to my gate and board. I’ve been to other United Clubs(formerly Red Carpet Clubs) that were a little fancier, but overall this was great. I got myself a small bowl of yogurt covered raisins, some cheese and crackers, and a manhattan. Take that, Hudson News! ;)

Newer, former Continental Presidents Club has been converted into a United Club. It is clean, modern and pleasant, with pleasant and helpful desk attendants, the usual(dearth of decent) snacks, several flat screen TVs and schedule monitors and ample seating for a smaller club. I have never seen it terribly crowded, even on bad weather delay days(i.e., I always get a seat with an electrical outlet). Wi-fi isn’t super fast, but I can get into my company’s network and it is FREE.
