The B30-something lounge makes Boston Logan a better experience. Nice staff, spacious lounge, and even private showers. Because it’s not crowded, at least before my transcontinental flights to LA, I actually prefer it to «nicer» lounges in LAX etc. Please Unilocal responsibly and maybe we can even keep it this way!

This lounge is one of my favorites, one of the reasons j even joined AA! Food was great and the soup of the day is always amazing ! Thank you American !!

This is the way to go when flying American Airlines! Costs extra, but you get comfy seats, charging stations, computers to use, a CLEAN bathroom, and light food! This beats paying airport prices for food & drinks. Can’t wait for my layover in Philly for complimentary wine & beer. This is the way to go to steer away from the riffraff!

The quality of the Admirals lounges is very visibly changing for the better. Lately their non-premium drinks have become free at many locations, and the quantity and variety of food available has increased substantially. In particular this lounge by gate B30 at Logan airport is usually quiet, clean and well stocked. If anything, the constant TV sounds on the background can be a bit annoying if you want to work or read, but overall this is one of the best non-flagship lounges I’ve been to in the NorthEast.

Super friendly bartenders and front desk staff! Got me a better seat on my flight without my asking which was amazing — entire exit row to myself. Snacks are basic, dry mixes, apples, and cookies. Complimentary drinks include coffee and tea, house wine, bud and coors light, with lots of nicer drinks available for a fee. A little crowded during business travel hours but always somewhere to sit.

Tha atmosphere is always relaxing and of course a great place to get work done. I tried their seasonal Lobsters Roll and it was great!

Due to my heavy travel for business and leisure I find myself in quite a few aa clubs. Similar to the Logan airport this club is in need of a serious remodel. It’s small, old, and comes off on the dirty side of the average admirals clubs. Obviously in a pinch when flights are deleted its a better spot to hang out waiting vs the terminal. However it’s not the type of club you want to show up extra early for your flight to take advantage of this private spot.

The lounge is very clean and specious. There is kids room available for those who travels with he little ones. Staff is very attentive and will take an extra step. The snack selection is pretty regular to AA lounge but food is available to order at a decent price. The bar has a great selection and some drinks are included.

I usually enter confines of the Boston AA Admiral’s Club at the crack of dawn to catch the 5:15AM to MIA. Early, it’s mostly business people waiting to board their flights. Unlike the MIA club, it’s pretty chill, pretty clean and well run. The clean loo is appreciated. Curiously, the green apples at this club and all of the others I have visited have spoiled ugly spots. I wish they had green tea instead of boring Lipton.

Today the desk clerk at the Admirals club told me my flight was cancelled and booked me on a flight for tomorrow. The problem was that my flight was not cancelled; unfortunately American has instituted a policy of having the same flight numbers for back/forth flights, so flt #224 from BOS/CHI tonight was not cancelled; flt #224FROM Chicago to Boston earlier today was cancelled. That was an important detail that Renee Hurley missed and I am waiting to hear what American Airlines is doing about it!

Having recently flown first class with AA for the first time, from Boston to Dallas, we were very impressed with the service. The attendants were very attentive and the experience was excellent. I’ll have a very hard time going back to coach for the 3 – 4 hour flight to MA to visit my family. We didn’t visit the AA Admiral’s Club, but I’m sure it’s a great added amentity to flying first class, which truly makes the exhausting experience of travel much more manageable.

One of the better clubs, well laid out with quiet little nooks and comfortable seating. Staff is friendly and the food is a bit better than what you’d expect to find. This is an updated lounge and it was nice to see all the portable a/c units they had set up earlier in the year gone. So the place looks nice. They have an area for kids, which is appreciated this way kids can do something instead of run around the lounge. Travel is difficult enough for adults, let alone little kids that need someplace to draw or play some games, I always feel badly for kids that are told to just sit there. I have a tendency to spend more time in airline lounges outbound, ever since I missed flight once by cutting it to close, just as I got to the gate my plane was in reverse. I’ll never forget that feeling. Which by the way even if you’re TSA Pre, don’t count on it, according to AA when I spoke to them and this goes across the board, it is not guaranteed. So check that boarding pass closely if it’s not indicated on it, allow for a bit more time so you can take off those dam shoes and do all the rest of it too. The Boston Club is a good place to kick back before a flight, better than most.

Nice relaxing lounge with decent food. Breakfast is cheap, fast and not bad for airport food. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good variety of papers and magazines — as fat as places to kill time before a flight this is pretty good, second only to asking for that second pat down from TSA — «now the back of my hands…»

So the tsa in Logan is probably the worse in the entire network, so rough, lazy and unfriendly that its nice to escape to the admirals club lounge and relax in relative peace before a flight

Boston AAngels are very nice. I was surprised as the AAngel scanning my boarding pass he told me the boarding time, gate, and the meal served. Wow, never had that happened at LAX. Facilities are nice too. Plenty of chairs to sit, soft drinks and snacks all day. There are two shower rooms too. Kids rooms, VIP meeting rooms for those who needs it too. Definitely the place to hang out before departure at Terminal B on AA side.

Recently re-done, this place is super nice now. The AAngels up front are helpful and attentive. For every 1-star treatment you receive at Logan, this balances it out!

The lounge is ok and indeed the staff are very friendly whenever I pass through. They could well do on passing on some of their magic to their gate agent colleagues, such as Lily. Miserable, unfriendly and disrespectful spring to mind. Sorry couldn’t help myself…

The Boston Admirals Club is Beautiful with a full service bar, restaurant, computers & printers for your use, with complementary Wi-Fi for their guests, convenient to the AA gates. Special thanks for showing me your own special Southern Hospitality up in Boston ! Their customer service is second to none, thank you Boston AA Angels for making me feel so welcome and Thank You for this comfortable haven to relax in while waiting for my flight.

Really 3.5 stars. It has an eating area with café-style tables and chairs, a lounge area with the comfy armchairs, quiet area, kids’ area, and showers. It’s on the smaller side for lounges, so crowding could be a problem. I really appreciate how many outlets there are and that they put columns full of outlets in the areas with tables where people want to do work. The WiFi is free, and if you didn’t bring your own computer there are pretty cool touchscreen ones for you to use. Lovely views of the harbor, especially for the sunrise!

It was the«Grand Opening» today… actually the Grand REopening… There were lots of AA employees who are not usually there making it too crowded, but the new place is nice. I like the soft colors and all the tables to sit at… Best of all they kept all the GREAT employees… and CHERYL is one of the BEST in the entire system… the people at the desk will do anything they can to help you and make your day just a bit better…
