For some reason there are 2 listings for this place so I’m leaving 2 reviews. Super friendly staff. Super mediocre burger. If this is the best that MSP can offer, I don’t want to eat anywhere else. Lots of choices of toppings, but the burger is just an average factory burger. Stale bun served cold. Tiny portion of really good fries. I don’t know where all of the great reviews came from, but it can’t be the same restaurant I ate at!

I think the ordering off the iPads is a nice idea for an airport. We ate breakfast during a layover because our arrival and departure gate was the same and we didn’t want to walk all over the airport. The food was terrible. We ordered egg and cheese sandwiches on English muffins but apparently they were out of English muffins so we got toast. I should have taken a picture. It looked like it was microwaved. I’m not a fan of McDonalds but I would have much rather preferred a breakfast sandwich from there. If the menu is going to brag about the«chef» creating a menu, it should be decent even at the airport. The service was good otherwise I would have rated 1 star.

Amazing food, great service and decent prices. Had a layover in Minneapolis on the way to San Diego. I had a Bloody Mary and juicy Lucy. It was amaze balls. I’d return for sure if ever on another layover in Minneapolis. The guys that work here are super friendly and they provided excellent service.

Everything they serve is excellent, from the French Toast to the Bloody Marys! They have great, friendly service and make all of the food fresh and fast. I eat here every time I fly through Minneapolis and I’m always happy that I do. One of the unique items on the menu is the donut burger. It might not sound good, but it is sure is special I just ate another one, it was greasy and delicious! Clyde and TJ are two of the best people you’ll ever come across in a restaurant. Thank you again and I’ll see you next time!

Stopped here during our brief 45 min layover to SFO from Orlando. First off, the fact that everything is on iPads is awesome. Why doesn’t San Francisco have this yet??? Secondly, as we were about to order, the cook stopped us and asked us when our flight leaves(45 mins) and if it had started boarding already(no) because he didn’t want us to miss our flight. That service in itself is worth the 5 stars. We both ordered chicken strips and French fries which were out in less than 10 minutes. In terms of the food, the chicken strips were well seasoned and very crispy(all you can ask for when ordering chicken strips) and the fries were perfectly golden brown and delicious. Can’t ask for much for than high quality service and great, timely food.

I would take back the 18% gratitude automatically added to your bill if I can. It annoys me that the iPad you use to order excitedly proclaims«interactive menu» because my real human customer service interaction is pretty much non-existent. I ordered the veggie burger. They gave the plate, but nothing else. I had to ask for napkins and the utensils. I also had to pick up the bottle water I put on the order at the fridge myself.

The Chef is on point and organized. The rest of the staff are extremely friendly but played catch up with the bulk of it’s customers in the early morning. They weren’t prepared to open & serve tomato juice. The food that I had was typical, marginal airport fare — it’s just packaged in a much more relaxing and technology friendly way. Before ordering, I asked people sitting next to me if their dish was satisfying. All essentially shrugged their shoulders with a lukewarm endorsement. Again the staff is quite friendly and personable.

If this was not in a airport I would give it a 2 start but you need to know where you are at. The food was ok but the server rad. Next time I’m at this airport I will eat here again.

Simply put these are good burgers. Not just good airport burgers — these burgers standup to any gourmet burger joint. Also would recommend the onion rings they are very good and worth up charge. If you stick with the crinkle fries you won’t be disappointed– crisp outside and soft(not mushy) inside. Finally the staff is friendly and attentive. They made are layover fun and we left full and bit less stressed.

Besides the cute iPad based ordering mechanism, it is a solid burger joint unlike what you’d typically find at an airport. Service was prompt and drinks were refilled regularly. You could see the burger being prepared(by a rather loud cook). It was excellent! I would definitely recommend a trip to Terminal G for it!

Lukewarm food and I might have been charged twice since the iPad ordering wasn’t working correctly, so gotta check tomorrow. Definitely isn’t «made to order» as stated. Service was bad. Barely gave me a full order of french fries, forgot my grilled onions, forgot my to go box, and not enough ketchup but didn’t even bother asking for more at that point. Food was mediocre. dissappointed. Two stars is generous, I just liked the convenience of sitting next to my gate and charging my phone. Trying somewhere else next time.

I got the signature burger The Juicy Lucy(cheese cooked in the middle) while my husband got The East Coast burger. Both were fantastic & the fries were seasoned just perfectly. The staff were personable, friendly & seemed actually interested in you. We had never received service like that at an airport. My favorite thing was the portions were not ridiculously massive. Just a good little burger & side of fries. Not a massive gut bomb right before your flight. A+

As another said you order by iPad but you do have to engage a human. I’m frustrated that I’m paying $ 12.49 for a build my own burger that came out missing half the ingredients! The waitress brought me a packet of freaking mayo and some generic pickles that look nothing like the garlic ones in the pictures of burgers. The burger was cooked med rare like I like it but I didnt select that option on the iPad so if you don’t like med rare, you better engage that human. And the cheese in the middle of the paddy… why did I opt for this?!? My burger patty split in half and it looks so gross… and no cheese actually. What a disappointment. And you leave a tip when you order your food… yeah not a fan.

If your gate is nearby, this is a nice place to stop by. You can order via an iPad instead of actually having to engage a human. You can use that iPad to surf the web or use the free WiFi on your own device on a comfortable bar stool. The menu is pretty standard diner-ish. Deep Fried Cheese Curds: Shaped into cubes instead of the asymmetrical raw curd form. When you bite into the cubes you can sense that the curds aren’t packed too tightly. Served with a marinara sauce. The uniform shape and marinara sauce made it feel more like a non-stringy mozzarella stick than a deep fried cheese curd. I definitely had better curds back in Minneapolis. Potato Chips: They were presented on the iPad menu in a way that made them look like they were fried fresh onsite. Sadly though, they came from a bag. It would have been much truer to life if they just used a photo of the chip bag and/or mentioned the named brand.

This was a delightful surprise. It looks like a modern bar. It serves Surly Furious on tap and has a great assortment of bottled beer including Lucid Ale. It also has a full bar. The list of burgers and wings include variations on Juicy Lucy and more. I had a delicious BBQ burger with smoky chipotle BBQ sauce, fried jalopenos, and cheese off a bun with a side salad. Tasted fabulous. Each stool at the bar gets an iPad to order and more. Waitress well informed and helpful. Chefs working the grill really seem to care about their food. Am I really in an airport? Cancel my flight, I’m bunking here for the duration.
