Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar

We found this delicious burger bar after having a bad experience at Champps (right across the road from Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar).
I’m not going to sugarcoat it folks, this spot has some of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted and the waitstaff and managers are all rock stars who care about their customers and the service they provide. So, now let’s talk about their burgers.
Their beef consists of fresh, certified Angus beef and American-​style Kobe beef. Fresh ground daily and let me tell you something, this makes a huge difference for burger lovers.
I order the Samburger and it was one of the best, juiciest burgers that I’ve ever had. Applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, lettuce and thousand island dressing. Simple burger but so delicious.
My fiancée ordered the Kobe Burger which is cheddar cheese, wild mushrooms, lettuce and mayo. Again, a simple burger but she said the wild mushrooms made this burger. We don’t know what it was seasoned with (possible wine… didn’t ask… was too busy eating this handcrafted burger art).
We ordered their housemate onion rings that are served with a sweet barbecue sauce (tasted like a ketchup/​barbecue mixture). They were awesome. For dessert we ordered their Rich Chocolate Cream Pie. Let me tell you this this was the perfect topper for our meal. I’m not a huge chocolate fan but I had three spoonfuls of this and wanted more.
Since we walked in skeptical after our experience at Champps, we talked to the hostess Fabiana for a bit. Not only did she welcome us to Zinburger, but she was also very enthusiatic and knowledgeable about everything they have to offer. She brought us to a high top table and gave us some great ideas for dinner. Be sure to ask her for Bajha’s station. Bajha is an awesome server who, along with Fabiana, represents Zinburger well. She not only took great care of us, but was there all night with a smile on her face and a great attitude. She made our evening so much better that we left there smiling and happy.
Last but not least, since we were seated near the kitchen, we got to see the Assistant Manager Sheila in action running the kitchen. My fiancée kept watching her because she made everything happen — she checked orders, quality of food put in the window and made sure the servers had everything they needed to run the food. Considering they had a large birthday party in the dining room that night, you would think that everyone else would be waiting and that the quality of food would suffer — NOT TRUE thanks to Sheila. We had excellent service with a short wait. Bajha and Sheila also got us hooked up with their VIP Club where you can earn points for your visit and get a free shake on your birthday.
In short, Zinburger has some amazing talent that has us ready to make a 2 hour car ride to visit again soon!
