My family’s room was incorrect when we arrived, but we were comp’d the night’s stay. The room was adequate, until 5am when someone with a keycard tried to enter our room (luckily our latch was locked, resulting in just some very loud and frightening banging). This was followed by a phone call to verify that we had not checked out of the room as they had thought (we had one more night in the room). Accidents happen, but why at 5am? When I brought this to the staff’s attention the next morning I was met with an odd and unhelpful response of: «Well, I didn’t work last night». If this event had not occurred, I would still only give the hotel 3.5 stars. It was just ok, not good, not great… meh.

Hotel was fine, breakfast was unattended and much of the food was cold or missing.
But the WORST thing is after staying one night I have received 17 emails and 2 phone call solicitations. Never again will I stay with you, and I will absolutely recommend everyone avoid your properties.

WOW! This place was AMAZING! After a horrific flight from the west coast, the room was cool, clean and comfortable. Awesome jobs by Desiree and Monica! Thank you for making accommodations for me the second time I stayed and made my reservation and the wrong Wingate! Even got the same wonderful room! Highly recommended!

Inexpensive, clean enough, comfortable bed.
