Hilton Hotel

Also known as «the Mansion», this Hilton is quite beautiful. It has a southern charm that is very inviting.
The shuttle and bell staff are extremely nice. I have stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks this year for a week at a time. The shuttle staff have never been rude or short with me, despite my frequent requests for their complimentary service.
On a few occasions, my room wasn’t cleaned and the front desk staff weren’t receptive to my request and feedback. But aside from that, I don’t have too many complaints.
A few things:
There is a free gym here, as well as an outdoor pool.
Some rooms have refrigerators– so you should ask for it if you need it.
If you’re looking at the hotel from the outside, the left wing rooms have poor wireless internet. If you need good internet service, request for a room in the right wing.

Extremely poor customer service and reception clerk.
Shuttle scheduling is terrible. After waiting for a shuttle for 45 min for a shuttle which I was told will be there to pick me in 15, I somehow get to the hotel. Only to find them bitch and worry about that the driver must be waiting. There was no concern or apologies for me having to wait so long. On top of that I got one snorty comment after another to just get the right name on the reservation.
Never going to stay in that hotel again.
