Food is great, but the service is godawful. The other day I was there and didn’t even get acknowledged at my table for at least ten minutes. When I finally did, the waiter clearly had no idea what he was doing. I ordered honey BBQ wings, and instead of bringing me honey BBQ wings, he brought me what was essentially chicken tenders with BBQ sauce on the side. This is just the latest of a series of awful waiters and waitresses from this restaurant, in fact there is a waitress there that I’ve had multiple times and she has been horrible every time. One time I was there watching the Redskins game and she seemed shocked by this, like, why would ANYONE be at Buffalo Wild Wings watching sports for??? It sucks because the food is so good, but the place needs to clean house on its staff.

Horrible experience here. Bartenders don’t know how to actually mix drinks, manager(new guy Sean) is a pompous ass. He has no clue what he is doing. He cut off our table that was on pace to spend nearly $ 400 because he saw one guy«stumble» a bit in the bathroom. Oh, and those floors had just been mopped and we’re still slippery. What a moron. Never going here again.

Maybe things have changed after all the negative reviews. My girlfriend and I went on a Saturday afternoon. We were seated right away and our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. My girlfriend had wings with sauce on the side and I had wings sauced in the normal manner. She ordered bleu cheese dip and I had the ranch. We ordered potato wedges on the advice of the waitress. All the food came out promptly and the entire order was correct and the food was tasty. The potato wedges were outstanding. I can’t speak for other folks but my experience was excellent all around.

It’s a pretty sad state when a chain like BWW has such poor reviews that they don’t even bother to have one of their customer care specialists try and make amends or patch things up. I guess they know that this store is a lost cause given the constantly changing waitstaff. The store is so dirty and sticky, menus have food particles and sauce all over them. It’s called a wipe down, try it sometime. Food is always cold when it comes to the table, servers constantly ignore standard serving procedure, like checking in on drinks after dropping food off, and management doesn’t seem to care about anything. Drive the extra ten minutes out to Leesburg and don’t waste your money at this disgusting restaurant.

****WORSTBW3OPERATINGINAMERICA**** I am typically a fan of Buffalo wild wings, but this is the worst one I have ever visited. It was very slow on a Thursday at around 10PM. Our service was excruciatingly slow. The kitchen took 35 minutes to make 30 boneless wings. Did I mention they were dead? The hockey game was turned up so loud my ears felt like they might bleed(think fully packed bar on UFC fight night) and they wouldn’t even ask the manager to turn down the volume a tiny bit. On Christmas Eve we called at 3PM while running errands to check their hours. The hostess checked with the manager and confirmed they were open until 6PM. When we arrived at 4:15 they cooks were walking out to their cars and impolitely told us they closed early. 2HOURSEARLYANDWEHADJUSTCONFIRMEDTHEIRHOURS! We even emailed BW3 corporate with no reply. This place is hot garbage

I gave them another shot what the hell I craved there vinegar salt. I ordered phone in specifically told the person on phone I’m pre ordering and would be dining in(no problem). Get there 30 minutes later around 4:50 pm empty house no dinner crowd yet. Told the front I ordered on phone and advised I would be also dining in, the lady said no problem and sat us in dining area. Our waiter came and was lost so again I told him. He said ok and ordered our drinks. Few minutes later another girl comes over and says«Sir you need to pay for your wings now and can’t eat here» I immediately said please get me your manager. A young girl comes and immediately says sir its policy you can’t eat here if you ordered to go. I said No! I pre ordered and advised your phone orderer we would be dining in, I than told her NO were eating here. I told her I’m going to eat and than pay my waiter there tip and never comeback. The manager than left. The manager came back and told me many people order to go than sit and don’t tip our waiters/waitress’s. I told her you made a bad decision managing to tell a good customer to leave because of other lame customers bad values. I did tip the waiter very good regardless on how I was treated… SMH

Tip: They have wing specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays! Totally worth it. There was a young woman who took my to-go order over the phone last week and she was very rude. When I arrived she was just walking in from her smoke break and did not even acknowledge me for almost 5 mins, because she was too busy horsing around with her coworkers. And WORSE, my wings were cold.

Decided to order traditional wings to go today since its wings Tuesday. Put it under my mom’s name since she was picking up. Ordered 50 wings altogether — She brought it back to my house and 25 of the wings and flavors were bunched up in one box and the other 25 wings were all naked(no sauce) in the other box which I clearly didn’t ask for and they put the sauces for that box on the side. Not sure if they’re trying to be conservation with individual boxes but I’m very disappointed and they won’t be getting my business again.

Horrible experience. Went here for my sons birthday dinner because he wanted his name announced. We told the waitress it was his birthday and she said she would see what she could do. We finished dinner and waited awhile for the plates to be cleared and she brought the check at the same time. Never asked if we wanted dessert and never came back to take our credit card. I asked the back up waitress if they could announce our sons birthday and she said they could and would give him dessert. After another long wait and no birthday announcement we had to go to the front to pay our check. Never going back.

I tried to give them no stars but I can’t. Terrible service. Waited 15mins to be seated at 10pm… Then our host took us to our table. She really didn’t care. Then our server came around another 15mins later. We placed our orders and they gave us the wrong order. Lol. How can you mix up an order when there were just a handful of people there. To wrap this up. AVOID! Employees are very young and do not care about customers they just care about what time they are clocking out… I don’t expect this buffalo wild wing to last here. Just look at their reviews. I am definitely not alone!

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, however this one is poor service from the minute we walked in the door. The server was rude. The waiter was nice but inattentive. The honey bbq wings had decent sauce on them, I asked for a side to make them a bit better however the mild wings were over cooked and under sauced. See the picture for an example. Disappointed, second time a bdubs has let me down in a few months.

Great place to catch the game on game day or a spot for good wings and a cold one. I believe its either Tuesdays or Wednesdays where they run their 50 cent wing specials. They have a wide variety of wing flavors as well. There’s a lot of TVs so you don’t need to worry about not being able to see a TV for a specific game you’re trying to watch. This place is pretty consistent with their wings, nice fat wings drenched with one of their signature sauces. No complaints here, continue to visit!

This was the worst dining experience Of 2015! From the time we walked in there was no one to show us to our table. I had to go find someone to seat us. The food took 30 min to be served because there were only 2 cooks on staff. The food was HORRIBLE. When I went to the bathroom, there was water all over the floor. But that’s not all, when I went to complain to the manager, I had to wait 15 min for him. Again, I had to physically go find him too! I never eat here again!

For some reason, it always takes a long time to get food during the handful of times I’ve been here for lunch. Came here with a big group(25+ people) after work for an impromptu happy hour and service was prompt. They have daily specials, though I usually only partake in 25c traditional wing Tuesdays. Wide variety of flavors to choose from. If you’ve been to a BDubs before, you should be familiar with the quality of food and atmosphere you’re getting into. That being said, sometimes you just have that craving for wings and BDubs is there for you…

FOLLOW-UPREVIEW: Haven’t frequented this store as much as I have the Leesburg site in the past couple of years due to staff attitudes, an unclean restaurant and overall food quality. Appears all those issues have been resolved with the installation of the new manager, Danielle, since she has been onsite things have been looking far better than they had under the former managers. Certainly hope she stays onboard for many years to come!

This is a tough one. TL;DR Atmosphere: consistently good Service: pretty good to terrible Food: pretty good to terrible This location does not differ from most BDUBS in regards to its atmosphere. Lots of TVs, video games, loud noises, laughs, ect. your typical sports bar feel. I personally really enjoy that so it’s one of the main reasons why I return. The service however is quite terrible at this location. I will say that a few years ago, it was much worse. Orders would not come out, attitude was given, ect. It was really bad. After 3 to 4 terrible experiences, I stopped going for a few months cause I did not want to deal with it. However, the past year or so it has gotten better. The servers seem to be a bit more attentive and by far friendlier. However, that is not to say that its perfect. As with most places, there are good waiters and there are some bad ones. I feel that I have gotten much better service on the sitting area in comparison to the bar area. The food is probably the biggest let down for me. I do not know if it is a BDUBS global thing or just this location, but there boneless wings have gotten quite bad throughout the years. It seems that they continue to add breading while reducing the amount of chicken to their boneless wings. There sauces however are on point, if not some of the best in any wing place I have been to. I do not remember this being an issue 3 – 4 years ago. There beer selection is great though. And their happy hour prices are reasonable for the area. Their bone in are good and the apps and sides are decent. I feel like 50% of the time I’m like. YESSSS this is good, and the other 50% I feel like. why did I come here… Basically what I am saying is you’re rolling the dice when you eat here. Will I go back? Sure. Fingers crossed it turns out okay.

The wings are still good, that is in case they happen to get your order right without you leaving before. But one thing is for sure about this location: this is hands down the worst customer service I’ve seen in my life. both from the servers and from the store management. Never coming back. Would rather get my wings elsewhere or stop eating them altogether.

My nieces love Buffalo Wild Wings. They are 5 and 7 and recognize the restaurant right away. That’s pretty much the only reason we came here. That and my sister in law had a coupon. We came here the weekend after Thanksgiving and I saw that they were busy. Not a surprise. But I was hoping that being busy was a good thing and would not impact our service. Well… I was wrong. Where should we start? Chaos at the front. Greet your guests. Find out their needs right away, don’t leave them floundering… and I shouldn’t be assessing what your table situation is, YOU should know it. We got a table without much of a wait and for a party of 6, that was good. However, that’s about the only positive thing for this entire review. Took forever for a server to come by and acknowledge us. SERVERS: We know you’re busy. We know we’re not the ONLY table you have in your station. Guess what? You STILL should stop by say hi and say I’ll be RIGHTWITHYOUGUYS. We appreciate that. We appreciate that we’ve been seen. When we sit there for 10 minutes without anyone coming over, we aren’t happy. When we order, let us know at that time what is 86. Our server went back and forth saying they didn’t have this sauce, did we want something else. In the end I don’t think we even got the substitutions she offered up. It was hard to get water refills, hard to get the servers attention after the wrong food came to the table, etc. I mean it is just chicken wings right? I think at the table aside from a couple of kid items, they were all chicken wings with different sauces. Yah… pretty sure not rocket science. Disappointed in pretty much every aspect of this location. Are other places that different? Well, probably won’t have the terrible unaware servers we had here. Lots of other places to try for chicken wings… definitely don’t need to be a patron here.
