We’ve purchased things from the one in Polaris before but wanted to check out the Dublin store and glad we did. This FRF is two stories of more goodies to explore and had more selection than the other one. The second floor is basically leather and higher priced goods. The sales staff while not overly helpful were still nice. There is you wanted them, not there if you weren’t interested.
It is very stocked with furniture so when it gets crowded in there like with the Black Friday sales (yeah, I went) it can be a chore to get around and look for what you want but it’s worth it if you find the piece you are looking for. Note: Some of the prices they had on Black Friday were the same as what we saw a week before.
I’m still not too fond of how long it takes sometimes to get deliveries (the next week doesn’t often happen) but I do like their selections.

The best experience I have had ever trying to buy furniture. The sales lady was great her name was Lucy. go she her!!! She knows her stuff very friendly and funny

I checked out a few different places when I first moved here but FrontRoom Furnishings was the definite winner when it came to buying. I have purchased several pieces of furniture now over a few different visits and I can say I am very pleased. The staff is helpful and friendly without being pushy. The showroom is clean and well stocked with lots of different options.
Their selection is fantastic! They offer a wide selection of couches, loveseats, chairs and tables in a variety of finishes as well as accent pieces such as lamps, wall décor and mirrors. They have many, MANY options for fabrics and their custom order process is easy. They are able to tell you what they have in stock, what will be a custom order and are very good about communicating delivery dates.
They are wonderful about service if you have any trouble with your order and they offer stain protection treatment that I would highly recommend getting. No third party nonsense to deal with. Just call the store if there is an issue and they will get someone out to you right away.
I have worked with Karen several times but everyone there has been friendly and helpful. Their prices are fair and they offer a number of discounts as well as financing options so be sure to ask about their current offers. Highly recommended!

I went here for the Memorial Day weekend sale. The selection is great and high quality, no overpriced plasterboard (cough, Value City.) And with the sale, the prices and delivery were equally if not more competitive than their many neighbors in this little retail strip in Dublin. Moreover, I definitely got the best service here (at Macy’s I wandered all over the showroom and never found a sales rep; at World Market I was told that their delivery was an expensive third party so I should just get a friend with a pickup truck instead. Uh… yeah, no.)
Kimberly was my sales person, and I really recommend her. I told her what I was looking for, she guided me to my options, she was very knowledgeable and she was never pushy. When she made recommendations, they were reasonable. I didn’t feel like she was pressuring me to get things I didn’t want/​need.
At Front Room, they offer lots of customization options on sofas and chairs for fabric and color choice. This is great, but it may mean you have to wait a while for your piece. I ordered a chaise lounge that won’t be available till June and a sofa that won’t be available till July, so I can’t speak to the delivery and fulfillment process yet. But I was happy enough shopping there to go back and purchase a coffee table as well.
If you pay with your debit card, you get an additional 5% off. I thought that was maybe because of the sale, but I see another reviewer mentioned this as well, so maybe it’s an everyday thing.

I purchased a couch, chair and ottoman from FrontRoom Furnishings about 6 weeks ago. The couch was delivered immediately and we started out happy with the item. A few days later we noticed it was starting to pill and look very worn. After many calls, they finally sent a service person to our house. He was not friendly and did not care about us or our couch in the least. After much persuasion, he finally took a picture of the couch and said he would take it back to the store. Three weeks later, our couch still looks awful and FrontRoom is not helpful — they will restock it for 20% of our original cost, plus tax and a pick-​up fee. In other words, we will have to pay over $ 500 to return the item. We are still waiting for any information on the couch & ottoman we ordered and paid for in full but were told they are still a «few weeks out». That means we won’t be receiving our full order until over two months after we paid. Steer clear of this store — they talk a good game to get you to buy, and then don’t follow up with any service for their horrible products. Shop elsewhere.

Excellent place to shop. Bought a sofa over Labor Day weekend, and I have to say: Jay was a fantastic help. Both in styling, listening to what we wanted, and suggesting a perfect piece of furniture. I would have liked a little larger selection of chairs, but that’s not much to complain about. Delivery prices were fair, and sale prices were excellent — we cross shopped all the furniture stores up and down the Emerald /​Britton Parkway area over the weekend. Also, if it matters — they offer a discount if you pay by debit card instead of credit card.

Recently purchased a new sectional sofa from them. I was not really sure what to expect but figured I would stop in since I pass by this place all the time. I had already looked a Macy’s and Kittles right up the road so I had an idea in mind of what i wanted. The other 2 stores seemed a bit over priced for the quality of the furniture. I found something here that i really liked and within a week it’s in my living room. The quality is very good and i love the look. Was exactly what I was looking for.
