The service at the location was fine. They have a reasonable price range from the moderate to lower end to the high moderate for bedroom furniture. I purchased 2 night stands, dresser, mirror/dresser and headboard for less than $ 2000, decent quality and the sales people were helpful. I scheduled delivery on the day of purchase for about four weeks later. Before the furniture was scheduled to come, I went back to the store and bought a bunk bed for my son. I was told at the time of purchase that it was not in stock and I would have to call to schedule delivery. I was told to call the day before the scheduled delivery of my bedroom set to set up a time for delivery. At that point I was told that most the items were not in stock and i would have to reschedule, and that I would have to push it back to delivery about 3 months after purchase, which would be around the time the bunk bed would be delivered. A month earlier than the 3 month time they called and said they could deliver most of the bedroom set and the bunk bed set. They were scheduled to deliver it today. They never called to say when today, but when I called the store it was to be between 2 – 5 and it would only be a fraction of the bedroom set and they left the bunk bed at the stock room and would have to reschedule the delivery. It is now 5:30 and my husband just received a call that it would be here in 20 minutes. Overall the service at the store was okay, but the delivery service is horrible. I saw similar complaints from other online reviews. In the meantime we bought other furniture from a discount store nearby and had it delivered that week, no problems. If only Bedrooms First was that good.
