This location has the worst customer service, or maybe they just need more employees. Every single time I have ordered pizza, it has been a task. From getting hung on, multiple times, to being left on hold until I had to hang up, well over 7 mins, it’s been something every time. This wasn’t even peak pizza hrs. Normal Thursday evening. They were rude when I DID get through, put me on hold AGAIN and I just hung up. I understand busy, rude is unacceptable! I’ll travel 10 extra miles for my pizza

Been ordering here for years — apparently recently everyone either quit or was fired. Delivery — which normally took 15 – 20 minutes — is up to over an hour. Hopefully they get their sh*t together soon. This sucks.

We have been getting our pizza here a lot more recently and they continue to be consistently good! We just carry out but they are friendly and the pizza is exactly how I order it online, even down to the light sauce! They need more positive feedback!

The app keeps defaulting to another store. So after we order and sit there for 20 mins, they sent us home with chicken nuggets instead of hot wings like we ordered. Only one employee working. Not the first time either. Daaang, I deleted the app. Done with them.

Ordered on a Monday night online. I liked the pizza tracker. It’s the closest Pizza place to my house, but it came within 30 minutes. I’ve never had a complaint about this place from the handful of times I’ve ordered, but this time was super fast. A manager from another store (Fredericksburg) was filling in for the manager at this store and was super polite. Didn’t catch his name when he delivered, but I was pleased with his friendly smile and small talk. After reading some of the reviews below I presume the manager that is at this store works very hard and has finally had the time off she needed.

Wow! It was a crazy night at dominios tonight. You know it’s gonna go badly when you walk through the door and hear yelling from the manager to her employees, in front of a lobby packed full of customers. Maybe if she showed some leadership skills or at least talked to her employees with decency and respect things might go a little more smoothly. We were all waiting ridiculous wait times I felt sorry for some of the people who had been waiting for over an hour already. The whole system was disorganized and no one really seemed like they were trained well. After waiting forever and listening to constant yelling and arguing my food was not even good only part that was decent was the cheesy bread. What a bummer. Hope this dominios finds a good leader at some point bc they sure do need it.

They no longer deliver to my ranch which is 7.2 miles away from the store. Guess they’d just rather cater to the subdivisions instead of the founders of the county they serve.
Its OK I guess; since the pizza, service, and quality was terrible from the grand opening to date.

Order online!!! The pizza gets to your door WAAAY faster than quoted, and it’s super hot! We are about 5 miles away, so I see that as a WIN!!!

Domino’s is one of my favorite pizza places next to Gatti’s. Most of the time, there pizza is good and service is as well. So why such the mediocre review? The service. We went to the dominos and entered. A lady came and we said pick up for (insert last name here). She went a said ”PICK UP FOR (insert last name and a giggle too)!” They came with our pizza and the phone rang, another person came by and answered it, about to give us the pizza, the lady seemed suddenly inattentive. They we asked ”Is that all?” she replied yes. We went back home and ate the pizza, which was good. The crust was perfect, the toppings were good, and not over cooked or anything.

CONS: Service
OVERALL: 3/​5, At places like these, service can really weigh you down.

For years I have loathed Domino’s as a Pizza Restaurant. I am surprised the company is still in business. The new «handmade pan» is surprisingly pretty good and it’s really the only pizza worth ordering from Dominos. With that said, it’s sad that the company can’t make every pie with same quality. The pizza I ordered tonight was terrible, Bland, Blah, very disappointing. I ordered from Domino’s out of delivery convenience… and I got less than «convenience store quality» pizza delivered. Dog food. Done with this place.
