Jada Nails

I had heard great things about this place so I went about two weeks ago to get a pedicure. Couple days after my pedicure, I dealt with multiple Ingrown toenails on both big toenails. Not only that, I am now dealing with a major infection on my big toe. Will not be returning or recommending. Oh, and the massage was not enjoyable, it was rather terribly painful.

I went back for a pedicure and had a new Technician. She did an amzing job! Super thourough and paid very close to detail. I should have got her name. I hope she is there next time. And I just love the atmosphere at Jada Nails! Relaxing and very pretty inside, and extremely clean. Next I’m going to make an appointment for eyelash extentions. They use quality product at a very reasonable price for the service.

The difference between deluxe and basic pedicure is they added the stone. Not worth my $ 45. The service was not great at alll. The guy who did my pedicure never bothered to chrck the water. The lady who sat next to me had the basic pedicure and started before me was still having a message when mine was already finish. Overall not worth the money. Service is not consistent here. Hit or miss. Most of the time its a miss

I debated between a 1 and a 2 star review and settled on a 2 star in the end because the final result of my nails was actually fairly good. My issue was mainly with the service. My best friend and I were going to celebrate her engagement! We made appointments and when we arrived we were not really greeted by anyone friendly or told what was going on, the woman in charge Jenny was sitting on the front counter not helping at all. 5 minutes later we were showed to seats to sit for our pedicures. Two different ladies came over to help us, but Jenny pulled them away before they could start so we sat there for 25 mins before anyone started. For the most part, the pedicure itself was pretty good until she got to the part where she scrubbed your feet when she nearly took off my toes! So not fun! Then she never checked the water temperature to make sure she wasn’t burning me, which she did. In the end they ran my credit card and asked if they could add tip! I was contemplated leaving a tip, but not if you ask for it. I understand some places like to add it into the first swipe but I have a company that runs credit cards you can add tip post facto. Then they asked us to leave before our nails were even dry, when there were plenty of other seats available. So all in all not my favorite pedi and I wouldn’t go back.

Got the deluxe pedi… that being said the only difference from any regular pedi I have had was the hot stone added to the leg massage. The massage was nice, the paint application is good. Overall experience was not impressive nor worth $ 40. The front staff was soooooo unprofessional sitting on the front desk, made us wait 20 min even though we had appointments, and hurried us out when they were done and my nails weren’t even tacky yet! Place wasn’t packed they didn’t need to have us wait while they sat on the reception desk and chatted nor did they need the chairs when they told us to go. Pedi was a 2 max and customer service was an epic fail id give negative points to if possible.

I come here for gel nails and Pedicures. I love this place. The massage chairs are great, and the staff is usually really good. I would recommend making appointments or even just calling ahead on the weekends.

Obsessed with Jada. She is a hustled and hard worker. Have gotten acrylics, pedicure, and brows waxed here and all of them have been impeccable.
Jada is AMAZING AT THE BROW WAX. it is worth every penny.
Also really nice that you get little freebies if they are not slammed like a hot towel or shoulder rub.

I got a full set of acrylics done by jada and it was great. However they started falling off 3 days later so I go in to get them fixed and it had just been a week since I had them on and they have all fell off. I thought I made it clear to her that I appreciated her fixing my nails and that I just wanted the same thing I had before which I told her what it was.
They didn’t turn out the way I wanted but I was just whatever about it because I thought it was free. So I get up to leave and I’m in the parking lot to get in my car and she tells to me to come back in and she charges me $ 30 to fix them. So now I have spent a total of $ 77 in a week on my nails and now I don’t even like them because she didn’t give me what I wanted.
So just know if you need to get your nails fixed, expect to pay for another full set.

Love this place! Best pedicure around. So relaxing. Worth going just for the massage that they give with pedi. Jada is also always super clean. Jada, the owner, does amazing eyebrow waxes. Worth the drive. Open Sundays too!

I don’t like leaving poor feedback, but even after sleeping on it i still am irritated. I’ve worked customer service jobs for the past 9 years, so i’m not just being «picky».
I my bf and i had made an appointment at 6pm. We arrived on time, if not a couple minutes early, the guy at the front desk had me pick out my color for my regular manicure. Regular manicure mind you. NO massage. NO other specials. He sat me down at the station. I must have waited for at least TEN MINUTES and was completely ignored. The man at the front desk came seemed to notice (?) and came of to remove my old nail polish. And then i waited some more… now what really made me mad what that another customer came in during this time… she was sat down and a lady began doing her nails immediately! Hello??? what about me here?! I’ve been waiting!
So the nail lady finally makes it over to me (by the way, my bf’s massage is done now and he’s just waiting on me) She trims, shapes, and does my cuticles… THEN LEAVES. The guy at the front desk comes over to give me a hand massage, which i said i didn’t want when i made the appointment, But i feel they are giving me the massage to pass the time… as the nail lady seems to not want to do her job…
…so she comes back after a bit (finally!) and does a super rush job at painting my nails! Not even saying a word to me! She then says «thank you» gets up and leaves! WHAT? Literally leaves me there with no instruction!
So this was my first experience with getting a manicure and it WAS NOT a good one. I thought this stuff was supposed to be relaxing? Instead i was ignored, given «services» i didn’t want, ignored again, and given a half-a**ed speed job on my manicure. Inspecting my nails later that night i found she didn’t even fully cover the nail with polish… aka there’s a nice gab between my cuticle and polish… so it’s «lifted» on the first day?!
I was surprised since this place looked to have so many positive reviews… maybe it was an off-​day… but still, not excusable for the service i got.

I will travel to come here! They do great extras like rub your back, put a heat pack on your shoulders and use the best essential oils by Doterra.
