I used to love coming here, but it seems like the management or staff has changed. I went in for a mani/​pedi last week and let me tell you, it was AWFUL. They rushed me through the pedi and it literally took less than 10 minutes. My heels looked exactly the same and the lady doing my pedicure made my big toe bleed. I winced in pain and said «ouch!» and she looked at me and just stuck my foot back in the water. A few days later now, and it’s infected and has puffed up. My manicure looked like my 5 year old painted my nails. Honestly, this makes me sad. For a place that used to be so great it has slowly started to go downhill. I will NOT be back.

I stopped in on a Sunday because I needed to have my nails done for my bridal photos the next day and because this is Utah, most other places were closed and I was in the area. The ladies were super friendly, however, after removing the shellac on my nails, instead of having me wash my hands of all the dust and debris and pushing back my cuticles, she simply brushed them off and began painting them right away. While they turned out okay from far away (fine enough for pictures) there are little specs of white and with a French tip, it’s pretty noticeable. The white tips also started cracking just days after, which I have experienced in the past but it usually takes a week or two before that happens. While it wasn’t the worst experience, I probably won’t be going back anytime soon if at all.

I’ve been coming here for some time. Prices are good but service is going downhill. I am currently getting my nails done. New guy. Been here 50 min and my first hand still isn’t done! I’m ok with being a guinea pig but this is unbelievable! Why not have an experienced one taking over? … Okay another guy comes over who pretends knows what he is doing, takes another 30 minutes and my nails look like crap. He asks if it’s okay, I say no and he stays silent! No apology no offer to fix it. I am beyond annoyed! I started writing this with 2 stars now I give it none.

worst pedicure I’ve ever been given. they used that tool to
shave my heels and the guy was going so fast and being so sloppy he took CHUNK out of my heel, I was bleeding everywhere and the only thing he did was put my foot back in the water!!!
I’ve been putting neosporin on it for almost 24 hours. I can’t put any weight on my foot.
I chose this place based on reviews. bad choice. THEN he stood behind me while I got change for tipping the girl
who did my nails and waited for me to tip him. I’m sorry but you make me bleed im
not tipping you. I shouldn’t have had to pay for that pedicure. I’m livid!!!

Probably one of the best pedicures I’ve gotten. Massage, oils, paraffin. The works. Nails look great too. I had the older gentleman do mine and he was so great. Exactly what I was looking for and then some! Will come back.

I come all the way from Orem to this salon cause it is AWESOME! Good prices, friendly staff, and great service. A $ 25 pedicure gets you so much more here than anywhere else!

This is a great place for a quick gel that always looks great. They always make sure my nails look like the pictures I bring in. The schedule is always flexible to work in a person at the last minute.

Love this place. The girls are good, fast, and nice. However… they CONSTANTLY overbook. I have called every time to make an appointment and have still had to wait 15 – 20 minutes each time. Losing my patience…
