The gentleman I spoke too knew his stuff and informed me of all I needed to know. He comes off as a little bit of a d***, but at least he knows what’s he’s talking about. Prices are a little on the high side.

I’ve shopped here three separate times, and each time, I came away with a purchase and service I was happy with. Really nice selection of road bikes, solid choice of equipment not including apparel — the apparel selection is the only thing I really think is lacking. Smart, honest staff and fair prices.

I am sorry, I really want to like this shop but have had two bad experiences in a row. The first time I went in looking for a Jersey and had some questions on sizing. The store was busy and couldn’t get any help. I can’t totally blame them since it is a small local place but I just walked out and bought one elsewhere .
Fast forward to this week. I am looking for wide cycling shoes and they carry SIDI which makes my size. I call and confirm they have them and decide to give them another chance. I go in, they are not nearly as busy as last time, find the shoes on my own in the stacks, try them on, and just need to ask about the pedal adapters, but same thing, I can’t get anyone working there to give me the time of day including who I think is the owner. So I put the shoes back and walked out after about 10 min.
I thought to myself, is it me, am I not assertive enough, maybe I don’t look like an elite athlete? So I went across the street to Highline who was way more busy (now I know why) and the guy behind the cash register saw me, made eye contact and said, «Hey give me a second I and let me finish up here.» Blah blah blah… new bike shoes.

Nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff… good prices and a very large selection of merchandise… From BMX to high end road bikes. The service is second to none for quality and expediency.
