By far the worst dealership I’ve been to for service the service reps and technicians have not a clue the difference from a headlight to a taillight let alone a noise from an engine. After not fixing my car they tried to give it back to me and demand they’re loaner back. They are very pushy when they are still in the wrong. They tried to keep my situation hush hush when they didn’t want to perform warranty work so they just gave me my car back without asking for permission from Volkswagen to fix it. Very unprofessional. Will not be back. I also tried to contact mr. Thompson himself but he doesn’t have the common courtesy to get back to me.
