High Road Cycles

Had a really bad experience at anther shop in town. These guys treated me really nice. I felt welcome and not being an avid cycler, all of my questios were answered and we loved the prices!!!
I would definitely recommend this place!!!

I have been into High Road’s Doylestown location many times over the past few years and it always has been a great experience. Most of the time I know exactly what I’m looking for, but when I’m not sure, they have been incredibly helpful and have yet to steer me wrong. The maintenance that they have performed on my old, beat-​around-​town bike has always been fast and professional and I will be confident in taking my new mountain bike to them for any future repairs that it might need.

I refer to this as the Bike Shop of Death!!! Be forewarned, even though I bought an all carbon bike here, they never fixed it properly or did any routine maintenance properly or thoroughly. AND it is the wrong size, too small and causes me all kinds of physical back problems I am in treatment for, even though I went back for another bike fitting that took 3 hours or some ridiculous amount of time, was very expenses, was stupid since they should have sold me a new bike since it was out of warranty, wrong size and 5 years later. And that fitting was horrible too and they never admitted bike was too small. and I bought new shoes and pedals. NOT only did the new shoes not fit, they took them back, but the pedals weren’t screwed in properly so I could not unclip on a distance ride and people had to catch me and hold me so I could take my shoes off! This was very dangerous and ruined my ride and I could have hit a tree! There is always someone different working there, and they are always bad. I am very disappointed in them and would not even refer my worst enemy there!!!

Jim at High Roads is great! He is super patient and took a lot of time to fit my bike properly. He also reinstalled my cleats which were giving me some problems and went above and beyond the call of duty. He is very knowledgeable and if these adjustments aren’t quite right (don’t know yet as I need to give my bike a test ride), I truly feel like he meant it when he said to come back if I need to.

I went here looking for something a little out of the ordinary. After talking with the owner, he was helpful and explained more to me than I could have asked for.
So helpful and had a great selection of everything for every cyclist.
I would come back here again because they were extremely helpful.
At first I thought they were busting my balls when I asked about the item I was looking for but later they were only trying to help.
