Thoroughly enjoyed their Rib Eye Salad! I asked mine to be cooked medium rare and it was cooked to perfection! I was also super surprised with how big the bowl of salad was and it came with bunch of pita bread! The salad was definitely very filling; I really appreciated that they didn’t skimp out on the steak but gave you a very decent amount! I’m not sure what kind of dressing came with the salad but it was a bit more oilier than anticipated but luckily the dressing came on the side. My friend got one of their panini’s and it came with«greek fries» which isnt your average fries but really enjoyed it! I didn’t get to taste the panini but thats definitely something I want to order next time I’m here based off all the panini photo’s I’ve seen from other Unilocalers!

This was the restaurant of choice yesterday for our usual Thursday work lunch. A group of 8 of us dropped by around 12:00 and it was already packed. There was literally a line out the door. We saw that the patio seating area was already filling up with people. Well, back to that line out the door… It’s more because of their convoluted ordering system. You see, the way things work here is first you have to order your food first before a table was assigned to you. You can’t just casually stroll over to an open table and sit. Other than the odd ordering system, everything here was quite good. Even with a group of 8, we managed to get 2 tables, in the middle of the lunch rush. Once we were seated, the wait staff was quick to bring out our water and within a matter of minutes, our food for the entire group was brought to our table. I ended up getting the Pastrami Panini($ 9.50), came with a side of garden salad and some fried potatoes. Portion was pretty sizable considering the price. From what I’ve been told, this place does get pack and don’t even try calling in your order in advance — unless you want to take it to go. They don’t take call in orders for dining in. Enjoy!

Had dinner here with my family today! Now I get what the hype is all about. Talk about an inviting atmosphere. The food was super fresh, delicious and lite. Best service. Servers were checking in on the table every few minutes. Keep up the great work

They have pretty good food here, though I found their meat quality to be inconsistent. I had the same sandwich twice in one week and one time the pastrami came out delicious and the other time it contained a lot of stringy, undesirable pieces of meat. Their burgers are decent. I’ve also enjoyed their Philly Cheesesteak. I’ve been here plenty of times when they first opened a few years ago and have to come back and see if it is as good as it used to be. The staff here are super friendly. Cool spot to check out for lunch. Pros: + Pastrami sandwich + Philly Cheesteak + Bacon cheeseburger + Tasty feta cheese + Friendly, funny staff Cons: — Inconsistent pastrami quality

I really like this place! The menu is awesome. They have so many great options. The price is not bad but you definitely get a lot of food! Most plates I can’t even finish myself! If you come with a date you should just order one item because you will definitely be taking food home if you get two items. Seriously. Greek feta fries are delicious. Al the paninis are huge and come with two sides. I come here all he time Worth it

We have never been disappointed here… service is fast and efficient, food is on point, salads are amazing and the hummus too. Gets packed especially during lunch, so it might be harder to catch a table inside, but they also have a huge patio with umbrellas and full wait staff. it’s quick service, but delivered to your table and staff for help.

Got the steak salad, didn’t really like the meat. Had a lot of fat on it and it was chewy. Went during lunch time and it was super packed. Service was really good though, and didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes. Oh and they also forgot my lemonade, I had to go up and remind them.

Perfect place for Brunch on the weekend or the midweek if you do not want to stand in line forever! The food is really good, I got a steak(?) panini because breakfast was over :(and i’m usually not a fan of paninis’ but this one was delish and plus their portions are made for sharing. At least that is what me and my friend thought. I also ordered TWO mimosas because brunch duhh, they don’t have bottomless but the portions are awesome as well! So their service sucks? jk but one can tell already. there may be a problem here or there by that long line of theirs. So one needs to make this line, order, and then you kinda get a waiter/s if you stay to eat. They give you a number and bring you your food and drinks. However they are a little lost and since you do not have just one waiter, its whoever is not busy that comes to help you. Also remember I ordered two mimosas, well for 1, to Not make that ridiculous line even though i believe you can just order another one, once you are sitting. Still that would be extra hassle I didn’t want to create. Well they hella lagged it on my second one and even got it wrong :/Not only did they lagged on this, we asked for simple little things and they just were all over the place. Its not their fault they are busy but what I felt there was no real organization. Besides all splendid food/drinks. Also i believe they have a deal on Monday for mimosas. Don’t quote me.

Upon entering you can already anticipate the huge line, the one thing I didn’t understand is the constant massive line and one register open? There are 3 and then choose not to use them all for better service to the waiting customers. We waited in line for what was like 25 – 30 minutes. Ok the food here looks good but I mean come on, this isn’t like a fine dining establishment. I felt like I don’t know if the food was worth the wait in this single line going out the door. Selection of food is awesome, they have paninis, wraps, burgers, salads and plates along with alcohol and juices. They offer a small menu of dessert too including baklava and cheesecake. I have bee here before two years ago and did enjoy the food. Today I ordered the ribeye wrap because I heard it was good. Unfortunately for me when I tried to enjoy it I kept getting chunks of fat from the meat and it almost made me lose my appetite to be honest. The potatoes come out cold, I do like the potatoes but I wish they were served warm. I asked for feta on top and it was quality feta cheese. The salad was decent on the side. My BF ordered the jalapeño burger and he seemed to really like it, he couldn’t finish it because the portion was large. We also both loved our strawberry lemonades. Strawberry Lemonade: 4⁄5 Ribeye steak wrap: 3⁄5 Potatoes: 4⁄5 Will I return probably not anymore, line isn’t worth the food plus sitting outside while tons of pigeons flap around waiting to eat food off tables isn’t very appetizing.

Another great meal from Marketplace Grill Café and this time around a club sandwich. This was easily one of the best club sandwiches I’ve had. The sandwich was loaded with fresh ham, turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon with cilantro garnish. It also had avocado which is included at no extra cost. The sandwich is simply delicious. Two sides of your choice comes with the sandwich so I chose the house salad which is a Greek salad and the feta fries. I’ve stated in the past that the feta fries are delicious and that statement still stands. Both the fries and salad are loaded with feta cheese. Really good stuff especially with the mix of red onions in the salad. I believe it’s fair to say this restaurant deserves a fifth star from my opinion. I’ve always received a good meal as well as good service from the staff. The club sandwich was the icing on the cake. If anyone is looking for great food, fresh flavors and a hefty portion that isn’t to heavy on the stomach at a reasonable cost… look no further, Marketplace Grill Café is the spot. Dinner 4÷13÷2016

I’ve had the avocado chicken panini and the Greek chicken breast salad… both are very delicious! I always have to get an order of their freshly squeezed orange juice as well. The greek chicken breast salad has tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and feta cheese(oil on the side). The panini comes with a side of potatoes or fruit and a little salad too. Both plates are very filling. I like the set up they have going outside, especially with shade and a nice breeze for lunch

Ok so this place has good food. The only thing that sucks is their seating policy. No matter what you get try a slice of their chocolate covered cheesecake! Was this a review?

This place is dank! The food comes out in a reasonably quick amount of time and is overall great. The ham wasn’t the best but the bacon made up for it. The waiters help you constantly and are super nice. Even their lunch and dinner are delicious. You will not regret eating here! Our favorite thing to get is the sweet crêpe! We always get for dessert, highly recommend!

Huge menu. Great food. Very busy. A bit on the pricy side, but big portions you could make into two meals. I got the avocado ham panini. Delicious. Bread was crisp, ham was salty sweet, avocado/feta spread was to die for. The Greek side salad was amazingly flavorful and simple, with huge chunks of delicious feta and a nice dressing. It also came with potato slices, which were the perfect balance of very crisp outer shell and soft inside. My wife got the avocado bacon burger and I kid you not, it’s one of the biggest burgers I’ve ever seen. My wife ate about 1⁄3 before giving up. It was delicious as well. We’ll come back to this place.

Ordered 1. Chicken avocado panini — delicious! 2. Onion rings — super crunchy & they use red onions 3. Jalapeño hummus — this is OK… 4. Shrimp wrap — generous with the shrimp! Pros — plenty of seating — cordial staff — large menu Cons — long wait during lunch rush — pigeons lurking around the outside seating area

(ATTENTION! TIP… Just so that you are in the loop, one cannot sit in a table nor, save a table prior to ordering your food and receiving a table number.) With that being said… I love this place! I’ve been here twice, with my two kids and I can’t wait for the day where I can join the cool crowd and just sit outside the patio and drink mimosas for hours. Then again they have a good kids menu. I’ve tried their shrimp fettuccine. Generous amount of shrimps, about 12, creamy Alfredo sauce with soft asparagus on top. Pita triangles forming a circle around the ginormous bowl of goodness. The chicken panini is crunchy and filled with avocado and feta goodness. It has a chipotle taste that makes you wanting more. And don’t forget the Mimosa, freshly squeezed orange juice, with pulpy goodness. Overall great experience, the waiters are friendly and attentive.

I have had a love-hate relationship with this place since it opened. Sometimes I am happy with the food and service and I love it; sometimes(more often than not), things suck and I hate it. Food is not consistent here. Some cooks make things one way, while others will make it differently. To people who don’t come here a lot, it’s no biggie. But I come at least once a week so I notice the major inconsistencies. Service is usually good, but lines are always long and waiting for a table can be a major pain… and usually is. Eh. Today I placed a large to go order and I was pleased everything turned out right. The salads were good, the chicken risotto was good and the sandwich was fine. Today was a good experience. Overall, though, this place is somewhere between a 2 – 3 stars, for me.

If you’re looking for good Mediterranean food, look no further. Green Olive is just down the street. Went on a Wednesday night for a co workers birthday dinner and the place wasn’t too busy at 6PM but filled up really fast by 7 o’clock. Service(1 star) — the ladies up front were very nice even though they missed one order. The servers, on the other hand, definitely need more training. First one came with a plate of French fries and a bottle of wine — an unopened bottle of wine. He looked surprised after I flagged him down to uncork the bottle. Not paying attention, I see. We also had to ask for utensils. The second server gave us the wrong appetizers after I asked not once or twice to get the MP plate. Apparently, he thought MP stands for Mediterranean Plate. How is someone who works in a restaurant not familiar with the food they serve? He finally got the right order but only after taking back the ones he already served us. Like what is he gonna do with it? Serve to someone else? He also gave us desert with our main entrées and looked surprised when we asked him to take it back so the ice cream won’t melt as we finish our dinner. Grilled Tilapia(1 star) — the tilapia looked semi petrified and was completely void of any flavor. The rice served with it was tasty, being drenched in creamy sauce. The side actually tastes better than the fish! I therefore vote for the dish being renamed Creamy Rice instead. MP plate(3 stars) — cheese sticks, jalapeño popper, and some very sad looking onion rings. Shrimp Alfredo(3 stars) Mushroom Alfredo(3 stars) — pretty OK and served with lots of pita bread. I dunno about this place… I think I’d rather go to KFC next door for some finger lickin’ goodness. Not going back.
